Going into a Fred Meyer is like being at the mall and a grocery store on steroids. My wife and I relocated from Las Vegas, and what we have in Vegas is the stepchild of the Kroger family, but still having a few of the good deals. We do enjoy the vastness of a grocery store, but the confusion tended to hit us fast and frustrated shopper ( wife), I'm calm and collected. Wait.... it was me that got frustrated, and she had to grab me by the hand to get me back on track!. Anyways, my wife and I really enjoyed the great deals and the extremely helpful staff..

I did store pick up for the first time and had the best experience. Brad works quickly and is a genuinely kind person. Highly recommend the pick up service.

Bright and clean with many staff willing to help you find items. I'm disappointed that there is so much stocking during peak shipping times and that there are very few registered open. They are installing more self-serve registers, but not everyone is able bodied enough to use those without assistance. Almost forgot! They have an excellent garden center!

This location has thee most bizarre, nonsensical layout of any store I’ve ever been in. On top of that, the cell reception is virtually nonexistent so using the app to help locate things is not a viable option. Associates are friendly, when you can find them.

My husband and I are so incredibly thankful and grateful for our wonderful & kind experience with Deborah in the Garden center. We experienced an issue with a recent purchase and asked her a few questions. Her responses were clearly thoughtful and steeped with her knowledge of our purchase! We were thankful and satisfied with her kind input and began to leave the garden area to start our weekly grocery shopping when she quickly stopped us and proceeded to go above and beyond to make us whole again- we were absolutely astonished at her willingness to make it right! Truthfully we were 100perc satisfied with the time she spent and advice- her actions of kindness are the epitome of above and beyond! Deborah, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! It's people like yourself who truly bring out the best in customers! We appreciate you and will never forget your kindness & superior customer service!

Getting really tired of bagging my own groceries because there's not enough help. Don't tell me people don't want to work anymore. But could you blame them? I wouldn't want to work that job, pay Union dues and still not get a guaranteed two days off in a row. I'm also tired of seeing grocery (PIC) managers walking around on the phone. Why don't you hop on a register and actually DO something. They were lazy when I worked there ten years ago they're just as lazy today.
