I have been to many Home Goods locations and I would say this store had the best customer service. Alaysia was kind and friendly. Usually I am in a rush to get checked out but there was something about her personality that had me engaged in conversation. It’s like she genuinely wanted to know how my day was going not just to make conversation. I will definitely be back.

Great place to find a large selection of very nice quality home decor at reasonable prices. Huge seasonal options for the holidays and I always find something I can’t live without. My experience with Aisha today will guarantee I will be back, she was incredibly kind and genuinely helpful .

clean & well, stocked & maintained. Large variety of home goods, non-perishable s, items related to cats/dogs, hobby related & of course holiday decor. This is a must if interested in home decor, but you'll need to give yourself enough time if you want to see everything. I Love shopping here

This is by far one of the coolest stores! My husband introduced me, I bet he is sorry now because I am hooked! I love this store. They always have an awesome selection and the prices you can't beat! Household, decor, blanket, bathroom kitchen and pets! If you are looking for great quality on a budget this is a spot to hit!

Great place to find a huge variety of assorted home goods. I go there for all kinds of miscellaneous home items and kitchenware. Only docking it a star because the parking lot can be a nightmare. Recommend going there right when it opens to avoid that mess.

This store in University Place is supper cramped. The isles are so narrow that I can't even push my shopping cart through without bumping into the other customers or worring about getting hit by a falling merchandise. It makes the overall shopping experience stressful and unpleasant. To make the matter worse, the store uses a very large part of the store space selling gift wrapping paper/bags. To be honest, these are much cheaper at Dollar Tree just across the street. I sincerely hope this Homegoods store will move to a different location with bigger shopping space.

Love this store! Everyone is helpful and smiles. The store is clean and new stuff is added constantly. If you see it, you should get it because stock moves fast. The Downside is the messy parking lot.

Was just in there and heard a member of management absolutely berating a staff member in from of customers. Really disgusting behavior and if this is how they treat employees, I think my business will be going elsewhere.
