I had a very disappointing experience with H&R Block with tax processional, Denise Noel - Harrison.As a new business owner, I had high expectations being that Denise was a seasoned tax professional. However, My experience was anything but effective or efficient. My appointment felt rushed with lack of attention to details. It felt as though Denise had to much on her plate and dealt with my deductible and tax return as if it was just an appointment to add a check mark next to. Due to the Inaccuracy and mistakes made in my tax return. My taxes that were filed, had to be amended and look at by another H&R Professional… Lets just say I will not be doing business with H & R Block due to this experience.

Extremely quick and easy. No appointment but they got me and my wife in and finished up within a hr. Big shout out to Denise for being so kind and helpful

In all my years of filing taxes I have never had someone ask me how long I have had my SSN. I am an American born citizen and have never lived anywhere else. The lady that was preparing my taxes (Phylis was her name) didn’t ask my husband how long he had his social. She looked at us then said “I’m assuming you’ve had your social for a while.” Then looked at our kids and said “oh yes you did” like yes I have had my social from the time I was born 30+ years ago. The audacity that Phylis had to ask me that leaves me confused. I usually avoid this H & R block in University Place, WA and go to a different location my normal tax guy is on leave so I decided to take a chance and I will never go there again.

We love our H&R Block! They're incredibly helpful and Gycia is our go-to for helping getting our taxes squared away. She's friendly, helpful, and we love how easy it is to utilize the online forms and scheduling.

Do you want a tax place that will text you at 7:00am and call you on Sunday as well as automatically just set up appointments that you had no interaction in? Then this is a good place to go. They will make sure to harass you for weeks.

They need not to tell doordashers they need information that is optional. The ladies got my taxes done, which I appreciate but they were trying to discourage me from doing my taxes unless I got all these tax write off's I didn't have to file. I had to let them know I knew they were optional just to file my taxes. They need to retrain people on gig workers taxes because I shouldn't of had to get upset just for my taxes to get done right. I'm paying you your not paying me this is my tax money.
