No upfront communication regarding service fees until last minute. Horrible experience. We did more work trying to contact them than they did. We will never use this company again.

Had our taxes filed here for two years. Both years they gave us TERRIBLE advice on how to avoid owing large amounts the following year. They have no idea what they're doing. Do not file with these people.
