The cashier "82GRACIE" was kinda rude because they were closing in 6 minutes. We only ran in for a gift bag and tissue paper, so it was going to be super quick.

I was in there with my partner and asked if they had anymore Loungefies in the back . One had said yet they have more in the back then the manager walked in and said no we have none. It was clear the 4 th time I asked if they had more in the back , that indeed they did. They just ignored us. It was my partners 50th birthday and she wanted to picked out a nice purse. I will never go into this store again as they seem pretty clear they are very prejudice about who can buy what in there store.

What a great customer service!! I came in yesterday to look for an appropriate gift for a coworker who recently lost her husband. A very young man immediately came to my rescue and suggested multiple gift ideas. Not knowing if my coworker was spiritual or not, it took a little longer to find the right gift. With the help of another associate, I ended up getting a beautiful wind chime. I just want to let them know that she loved it! She said that her late husband and her loved and collected wind chimes. Thank you so much❤️

Went on Christmas Eve, hoping to find a last minute gift. Found it! (Winnie the Pooh bear and quote plaque). So many cute items. Nice staff, too.

Over the past two years the customer service at this store has really declined. On multiple occasions I was disappointed by the lack of knowledge and training employees showed. During Ornament special sales Events my ornaments were often misplaced or I was not given the appropriate appreciation gifts. The store I remember always called to give reminders of sales and sent out their coupons on time. I will be shopping at the Canyon store from now on. Those ladies are always kind and very helpful. They have helped me to replace all my missing ornaments that UP never fulfilled from my Wishlist that they lost.

Great shop for all your Hallmark needs. Friendly helpful employees in a clean store. Tip from the pros if you like something buy it as soon as possible because it might not be in stock later and Hallmark might not send more.

I placed an online order on January 2nd, 2023 to be shipped to the store. On January 6th I got an email saying it was ready for pick up at the store. I went in that same day and was handed someone else’s package after giving the lady my name twice. Went back in once I realized it wasn’t mine and was then told they didn’t have it and to come back. A few days later I called to see if they had my package and they still did not have it in the store. This happened a few more times in January. I asked to be called by the store when it arrived. The lady said she would. I was never contacted. Life happened and I forgot about it for the month of February. Went in on March first and was told they had put it back on the floor without contacting me or giving me a refund.So disorganized it’s not even funny. I will not be back nor will I have anything shipped to that store again.

eCards are OK but for that special someone you can't beat a beautiful card with your hand written thoughts placed inside a quality envelope. Trudy's Hallmark store has thousands of high quality cards and gifts to browse. The store is well stocked. Worth a visit!

Great customer service, very friendly ladies here. Lots of little gift ideas, and big ones.Who is looking for Squishmallows?! They have a lot! Medium, small, and extra small.Did you see the selection of cards?! Clean and organized, well, they are restocking after Holidays, so its a bit ?It's our first time in this store location, and we love it! Will be back:)!
