They've always been professional and polite here. It's nice that they pump gas for you. I've never had an issue with getting an oil change for a fair price.

Got an oil change last Thursday.Took a nice walk to grab a coffee and pastry, there's a park across the road to walk around and wait, and shops to visit.Cost was about $57 bucks which is a little higher than if I did it myself but not enough for me to go through the hassle of crawling under my car.

Requiring an attendant is stupid. It's great to have available if someone NEEDS it, but not everyone does and not everyone wants that. It causes unnecessary wait times. I only stopped because I was desperate for gas. Upon leaving I immediately see thst their price is 30 cents higher than the Fred Meyer down the street. What a rip. At least the attendant was nice.

This is a service station that has mini or full service. They will pump the gas for you. I went there also for brake pads and headlight bulb replacement. The owners are passionate about service.

Don't count on getting your fuel points redeemed at this Shell station. I handed my card to the attendant and told him I had a $1.00 per gallon discount coming with Fred Meyer fuel points. He filled up my tank and when he handed me the receipt, I knew he hadn't applied the discount. He claimed I didn't have any fuel points. When I insisted on having another employee type in my rewards number to prove my point, it showed that I did indeed have fuel points. I left feeling cheated. Is this a one time occurrence or a common practice to rip off customers? Either way, the Shell Station in University Place has lost a local customer.

Full service gas station! They pump the gas for you so you don’t need to get out of your car and wash your windshield while gas is pumping.

Older guy the works in the service area needs to chill the f*** out! Guy is throws his impact gun at the ground out of rage because I tried to walk up to the window and pay. I really hope you messed up your impact, I really do. Never giving this horrible business my money again. Seems I'm not the only one though because the station is dead every time I pass it anyway. Move your business to OR if people pumping their own gas offends you!

Have never had any problems here. Just go for the propane but very friendly and get the job done.

I am staying at my parents house in our rv for the holidays and needed to get a propane tank filled to keep my family warm and prevent the lines from freezing. I called in advance to confirm they filled propane and how late they were open, and was told they do have propane and are open until 5pm. I show up at 4:15pm to see the younger guy I talked to outside getting things cleaned up for the end of the day and an older guy standing inside watching him work. When I asked the guy inside to fill my propane tank he said they stopped selling propane at 4, but gas until 5. I expressed this put me in quite the pickle and that I had called and was told I could buy propane until 5. He did not show any concern about the inconvenience or their mistake of providing inaccurate information over the phone. And again it looked like this guys was just standing around, so I don’t see why he could not have have made one last transaction on the till. What’s the point of an old fashioned full service gas station, if the attendant isn’t interested in friendly customer care?
