Had a couple maintence requests that came up and Sean went above and beyond helping me out this Saturday!! He was timely, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. He spent good time not only solving the issue but making sure it wouldn't come up again and replacing several parts I needed. He helped out with even more than I had called for, made sure I knew info as a new resident, and did a fantastic job!
Made me feel very grateful to be living somewhere where they really care about the work they do, thanks again!

We lived at StonePointe for 2 years and truly love the area ! Grocery stores are a convenient walk around the corner. Parking is plentiful during the day but definitely fills up during evenings & weekends. Trash valet is $25 and very convenient as well.
The biggest pro of this complex is the staff !
Taya (Assistant Manager) has been an absolute gem & was a huge reason we decided to lease at StonePointe ! She has such a warm welcoming spirit & was always very sweet and helpful any time we had questions or concerns.
Maintenance is very quick & great with communication as well.
A few cons I will say is we lived on the first floor & you can hear just about everything that happens in the unit above very clearly and the floorboards above creak so much so pleeease definitely be mindful of that if you’re interested in a bottom unit! There’s little to no natural light in the unit so sadly it’s depressingly dark even on a bright summer day :( & You’ll also get lots of bug/spider visitors being on the bottom unit.
Overall recommend this complex if you’re seeking great service and don’t mind the minor issues or hearing your neighbors life ;)

I've really enjoyed living here for the past year. From the moment I moved in til now stonepoint and their staff have went above and beyond to make sure their tenants are well taken care of. They are always very kind and they treat you as if you were family. I feel safe here. Adrien was wonderful and flexible in helping me with all of my maintenance needs. I really appreciate all of you. If you are looking for a quality place surrounded by friendly people I highly recommend Stonepoint University as your new home!

This is a beautiful community its conveniently located near everything that one could think of nice spacious units granite countertops fireplace vinyl flooring and a ton of amenities convenience and location and how beautiful this place is is what caught my eye I went in as a prospect renter upon walking through the door I was greeted by the most beautiful smile ever a young lady to my left as soon as you walk in I believe she said her name is Taya she and Jazlyn were very helpful although I didn't get the unit because of some things that I need to work on I still enjoyed the experience I was offered snacks and a ride in a golf kart I didn't have to walk to go view the unit Taya and Jazlyn rocked!!

I had a fantastic experience living at Stonepointe! The property was always well-kept, and the amenities truly enhanced my living experience. The team was friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with any needs. The sense of community was strong, and the overall environment was both welcoming and comfortable. I enjoyed every moment there and would highly recommend Stonepointe to anyone seeking a great place to live!

Living there was meh. It was a good location central to great amenities, people there were friendly, pool was constantly closed, oh and the electrical was wired backwards when we moved in. Ultimately we moved out in 2021. Fast forward to 2024 and they send me to debt collections for THEIR clerical error that I pointed out to them? oh hell no. I don't know what scam they are trying to pull here, but I advise everyone to stay clear of this place.

I recommend renting here! The staff in the office are super generous and professional. They answered all my questions and were communicative before my move in. Apartments are well maintained inside and out. Overall a great neighborhood to live in :)
Update: Only complaint so far is that the walls are super thin. You can hear your neighbors conversations very clearly and I’m sure they can hear mine as well.

I stopped in for a tour with Daejha and the overall experience was amazing. She answered all of my questions and was very nice through the whole touring process. She was very informative and even let me know what’s around the area and things to do.

I just moved in a few month ago and I’ve had great contact with the whole crew of staff that works here! I had a question about a pet fee and I asked Jasyln! I also had some questions about the mailing here and Taya was at the front ready to answer all of my questions! Daejha helps me with the gym and pool stuff! Adrien is one of the maintenance that helped me with getting a new rod for my laundry door! ☺️ this staff is amazing and very helpful!

I came in for a tour and wasn’t really expecting much but was dumbfounded at the generosity and kindness the staff showed at something as simple as a tour. Definitely moving in asap. Daejha was beyond helpful and the nicest person ever. 11/10 recommend Stonepointe.
