Dr. Sullivan is thorough and professional. She listens to my concerns and has prescribed helpful meds for my rosacea where other dermatologists were not able to help.Casacde Eye & Skin may have other issues (most notably long wait times for appointments) but for such a huge operation, they run the place more efficiently than I would expect.

Unprofessional and mismanaged! I waited over 6 months for this appt before they informed me Dr. Sullivan was no longer taking new patients! They were scheduled to see me, but they called me to reschedule me to a different time but said they wouldn't be able to get me in for another 3 months. I was out of town at the time and told them I would call back to reschedule when I was home. When I called back to reschedule, they said she wasn't taking new patients at the time I scheduled my first appt! Horrible management and customer service! This should be a warning as to how they operate and manage their patients.

The worst dermatologist to whom I took my chield to (May 31,2019). First and last time for sure.. First she didn't knock on the door when entering the patient's room.
Secondly, when asked her to look into refferal for an UV blue ray light "therapy" so we can TRY and see if it would help us in our situation, she right away said, "no I can't do it"..but offered us to purchase some kind of UV lamp from the cascade for around $300.I replied to her, Why would I purchase the whole lamp not knowing if it will help in the first place ? When I asked her second question if they have UV blue ray light therapy at the center she said, "No"(later I confirmed,and it turned out she had lied).I was ignored completely after that conversation.Seconds later Dr.Sullivan left the room, without saying anything to us... (the room visit lasted about 7-10 minutes), after several months of waiting for this appointment. After the appointment I left my concern with the administration and haven't heard back from Dr.Sullivan.
Dr.Sullivans behavior was strange, constantly making unpleasant facial grimps at us after each time I asked a question , she Did not listen to the patient request at all! Unprofessional behavior and unacceptable from a doctor in every way!
Dr.Sullivan, be a professional and act like one else go to college and learn again.

I was privileged to see Dr Sullivan four years ago for one visit, and was impressed with her respect for her patients concerns and privacy. In particular, I loved her laugh. Today was. Y second appointment with Dr. Sullivan, and I am absolutely overwhelmed with her thorough examination of every inch on my body. Her bedside manner is superior, and I am able to judge and compare. Her eye contact with her patients speaks of taking an interest in what is communicated to her. I LOVE Dr. Sullivan's . Cascade employs one of the finest, and most knowledgeable Dermatologist, and I will refer family and colleagues in the future.
