I’ve had to visit this location a couple of times in the last few weeks and the 3 different staff members that helped me were all wonderful. Very informative, helpful and pleasant. Had to come write a review just to say it, they were that great!

Easily the best licensing place I've ever used.The employees are super helpful, explain things well, and always help me out if I have a problem or something is off.They have always been extremely helpful on the phone as well.Least stressful DOL I've ever been to. This is the only one I will go to.

Absolutely amazed with how efficient they were. Last time I was in a DMV, it was in downtown Renton and it took forever. Here at the Tacoma office, I was in and out in less than 10mins with plates and a new title on the way!

They are courteous and very helpful. Wait time has never been too long. Just a couple of reasons I drive more than double the distance for licensing and title needs.
