“We have had 2 units and a space for car. Employees were very helpful showed the property. Rates were reasonable compared to other states. Although I would always recommend checking around regarding cost it does vary. If we ever need a place in this area we would definitely use them. Although I do recommend a car cover. Cars are close to pines and we had a heck of a time getting sap off.”

“The agent that was there was very helpful and kind. I was 5 min early to pick up and was told that the truck had not arrived yet. I was not in a rush but other customers could have been upset. Perhaps as soon as the location is notified of a late return, the agent should contact the next renter curtesy. However, the mobile app allowed me to return the truck after the office was closed which is a plus when moving. I was satisfied with the customer service at this location.Just a side note when renting, they do *authorize the amount that was estimated ( days + estimated miles+ coverage) If the full estimated amount of miles and days are not used then you will see that reflected as a full charge and not pending.”
“I don't know why anyone would say anything bad about this place. I had a wonderful experience with them today. The customer service was outstanding and the truck worked just fine and was decently clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. The price was really good too. Much cheaper than getting a similar truck from the home depot.”

“Yes I feel safer when I use this Uhaul when Diana appears. I ended my services with a bad attitude b/c I was stressed. The worker remained calm towards me. James worked super super fast and verified my clean vacant unit and processed my $0 balance due within 10 mins and sent the email receipt immediately!! I will use this 9201 Pacific Ave it's the Self Storage. Thanks Uhaul for diligence and professionalism. James and his staff are the BEST”
