“Nalley Valley self storage has been a lifesaver, not only did they set me up with a unit on short notice and without a reservation, they let me move into one of their larger units days later because my needs were a little bigger than anticipated. That could have been a big deal. The staff at Nalley Valley are friendly and helpful and willing to accommodate you and your stuff with a variety of units sizes that other storage facilities don't have. Overall I'm very satisfied with this facility. I give it a 4+ out of 5 ,(just because it's old and dusty).”

“We have had 2 units and a space for car. Employees were very helpful showed the property. Rates were reasonable compared to other states. Although I would always recommend checking around regarding cost it does vary. If we ever need a place in this area we would definitely use them. Although I do recommend a car cover. Cars are close to pines and we had a heck of a time getting sap off.”

“The agent that was there was very helpful and kind. I was 5 min early to pick up and was told that the truck had not arrived yet. I was not in a rush but other customers could have been upset. Perhaps as soon as the location is notified of a late return, the agent should contact the next renter curtesy. However, the mobile app allowed me to return the truck after the office was closed which is a plus when moving. I was satisfied with the customer service at this location.Just a side note when renting, they do *authorize the amount that was estimated ( days + estimated miles+ coverage) If the full estimated amount of miles and days are not used then you will see that reflected as a full charge and not pending.”

The customer service was outstanding and the truck worked just fine and was decently clean. I would recommend this place to everyone. The price was really good too. “I moved recently to Tacoma and found a nice apartment at Orchard Terrace Apartments. I Needed to rent a 15' truck and I was surprised this location had one, including all types of supplies for moving. The gentleman that helped me was kind and professional. I was not sure of how many miles for this local move, so I over guested the amount, but was reimbursed for the miles I did not used. I recommend this UHaul location for all your moving needs.”

“Jason and Ashley are amazing! I ordered a 10 foot truck and ran into trouble with my piano and they quickly switched it out for a 15 foot truck due to the 10 foot truck not having a ramp. They are amazing and this is the best U-Haul Company I have ever used. It is worth a drive across town to come to this location!”
