University Place Pierce County Library is a modern, clean, and quiet place that offers a welcoming environment for visitors. The library features plenty of computers, good parking, and excellent amenities. Staff members are consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, providing patient assistance with tasks like document printing and answering questions during tech help sessions. Many visitors feel a sense of calm and happiness when entering, and they appreciate the good customer service and resources available. The library is also a great place to discuss with friends or enjoy a peaceful atmosphere. However, some have noted concerns about security staff, describing their treatment as rude and inhumane, which is disappointing given the otherwise positive experience. Overall, the library is highly recommended for its resources, friendly staff, and pleasant environment, making it a valuable part of the community.
Very professional, polite, knowledgeable staff and ready to help answer questions.
