you better know what you need to have done at this place, because if you don't know what you actually need they will take advantage of you. if you tell them you need your tires rotated they will tell you that you NEED new tires all for your convenience. they have no shame and they're proud of it

Make sure you're clear about what you're getting wanting done with this shop before they go ahead and take your keys. Also just know you will be paying for literally the air this shop breaths. I went in for an alignment but was also thinking I needed a tire balance as we briefly discussed symptoms my car was having at check in. The lady in the front that sits on the left usually I'll assume said "they'll check it out" with a smiling face, felt cool about it, decent shop right is what I was thinking. Little did I know "they'll check it out" meant 70 dollars more to look at my car, and waste my gas. They ended up only doing a simple tire balance costing me 60 dollars which totaled me at around 150.
Most expensive tire balance and hey your cars old bill I ever had to pay. When I asked about the "diagnostic charge" she jumped to conclusion of what more needed to be done and did not do the alignment. I because off there notes "it would not hold". They quoted me a ridiculous amount of work to be done totaling 1800 dollars which is comical. Not sure where they get there parts but you will be over paying for parts here as well.
The part alone was quoted 700 dollars when it is available at any auto part store for 150-300 dollars.
This is an entitled shop that prays on people who have no idea about maintaining their vehicle. I did not approve of any "diagnostics" to be done on my car but had to pay for it at the end. I recommend you go somewhere else that's reliable and upfront about what they do and will charge you for and not Knickle and dime you.

Marissa, Dustin and the UP Tire team are awesome. Came in today with a screw in the tire, which is completely frustrating. They took my truck right in and had me back on the road in no time. I'll keep going back.

40 minutes to figure out they don’t fix flat run tires. Not a good way to start the day. Misunderstood my concern about the valve stems, blew me off.
They get an additional star for referring me to Discount Tires, they have that going for them….which is nice. God bless.

I brought my car in here to have the tires rotated and oil changed before a long road trip. I chose the place because it was in walking distance of where I live. They called and said my tires actually needed to be replaced. I agreed and the price was very fair And my car is running so much better. Incredible. Incredible customer service. They are now my go to for all things related to car maintenance and repair.

Fantastic honest people, kept us from buying a death trap of a used car. Highly recommend if you're in the area.

I see why UP T&A has been around so long. In this relatively small town, your reputation will make or break you. Honestly, they may not be the cheapest, but they are are honest and do things right and proper. They won't jack up your bill to pay their own bills, but they will tell you what you've got going on. It's all on/up to you from there. Marissa is honest and no-nonsense; she tells you like it is. You may not like what she has to tell you if you need a big repair, but you can bank on it being right. We know. We learned the hard way. We got stuck in Pullman and had to have our entire front-end done when a brake caliper stuck, so when UP T&A said we needed it done (again), we thought: "Nah, we had it done not long ago -and we're going to get a new car in winter anyway. It should last until then". Well, IT DIDN'T! They were right. Thankfully, they got us in right away and all is good. We're putting this Crapavan to sleep in the winter and getting a Toyota, but we're absolutely sticking with UP T&A!

I had a water pump installed in November 2022 that recently failed. The warranty was expired because it was just past the one year period. However, UP T&A got the parts dealer to still honor it. I didn't have to come out of pocket for anything!! That's how you do great business!!

They added me it's just a phone call requesting a last minute oil change. Price was reasonable as was the wait time.

First time coming here and I will definitely be back. Most places were booked out for weeks. UP got me on the books in two days. Had soft brake pedal and pulling to the left after I replaced my anti-lock brake control module. Had the truck fixed 30 minutes after dropping it off. No upsell or other nonsense, super friendly and price was very reasonable. I highly recommend UP Tire and Auto!

Thank You for keeping our vehicles tight. We have had every service U.P. tire offers. We see the difference this shop has.

A good, honest establishment. I have been a customer for many years with all of my vehicles. I only go here for mechanical needs.
