The driver of van #15 recklessly cut me off in traffic without using their turn signal. Not sure that I would trust them to drive me around if I needed it.

While traveling on I five south in Olympia Washington merging onto Highway 101, a US mobility band started speeding 70 miles an hour and a 45 mile an hour zone. I sure hope I never need to use this driver for any of my elderly or differently, abled friends! Speeding, dark, gray, and pouring down rain makes for a bad combination of safety for passengers. For the companies information, I believe I saw number 21 on the back of the van.

Just watched one of their drivers from maple valley highway to 405 almost cause two crashes, one almost accident by suddenly going 35 under the speed limit and on their phone and the second cutting someone off trying to get onto 405.

Absolutely would not trust this company given how I just observed your driver on the road. I would not trust a company that promotes speeding and breaking of basic traffic rules to anyone but especially people with mobility needs.

Got passed like I was standing still by one of their cars #73 I believe, it was a gold Prius on martin way in lacey,Olympia. Driver was going at least 55-60mph in a 35 mph zone

Just had one of these drivers throwing up gang signs n crazy things. After all that he wouldnt even pull over or hop out. Crazy, but after looking at the reviews from actual customers I am far from surprised. I hope this one goes out of business

Very rude customer handling over the phone . Answers the phone with YES! And does not care about customers concerns and refuses to provide his name and managers information after being asked and hung up. Very rude! .
