Very rude customer handling over the phone . Answers the phone with YES! And does not care about customers concerns and refuses to provide his name and managers information after being asked and hung up. Very rude! .

The person who was driving this van on August 15, 2022 was terribly rude and reckless. Rather than merging onto the on-ramp with caution, they tried to pass cars on the right, and then honked angrily when they didn’t get in front of already moving traffic. Then rode dangerously close to the car in front of them. Then they cut out in front of that car, and whipping in front of the car, slammed on their brakes, which appeared to be in spite and anger. I wouldn’t trust them to transport anyone!!!

Horrible company!!! The driver felt that he had a right to chew my sister out, to the point of tears, because her dialysis nurse was late getting her out the door. I guess maybe he thought she should've unhooked herself from the dialysis machine!? I wonder how many other sick people, he's made cry?
