Value Village, a Savers brand, is a global thrift retailer offering gently used clothing, accessories, and household goods. Their Rethink Reuse® business model of purchasing, reselling, and recycling helps keep over 700 million pounds of used goods out of landfills each year. They also support over 100 nonprofit organizations by purchasing donated goods, providing revenue for their community programs. Customers praise the exceptional customer service at Value Village, particularly from employees like Kristen. She is described as going "above and beyond" to ensure a great shopping experience, with her friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to assist. Kristen is praised for her positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to handle busy times with grace. One reviewer shared a heartwarming story of Kristen and her colleague Zak going the extra mile to help locate a customer's lost overnight bag containing important items. Another customer was grateful when staff kept their lost wallet safe until they could retrieve it. However, some customers have noticed prices increasing significantly in recent months, feeling the selection no longer matches the higher costs. Despite this, most reviews highlight the fair prices and great selection, especially for holiday decor. Overall, Value Village is appreciated for its sustainable business model, helpful staff, and quality secondhand goods, making it a popular thrift shopping destination for many.
Pretty straight forward, you can donate, or just thrift shop.

honestly i loved this place but.. in the last two months their prices have pretty much doubled and there selection isnt good enough for that. i assume they hired new people since the employees are in charge of pricing the items but sad to see the last good priced store is getting priced out.
