1st time doing a pedicure with my girlfriend 2 weeks ago here. Honestly, nearly the entire experience was great! We both were very impressed with the staff & their work + attention to detail. We did the deluxe packages and my girlfriend got color on her nails.
However, the part that sparked this review is when we went to pay for everything. The total was $85.00.
I intended to tip $15.00 but I must have pressed the wrong button and my total jumped up to $175. I told the staff member about it, she saw the total, literally grabbed my card out of my hand and tapped it on the NFC reader to try and force the charge through but it didn't work..
because I don't have NFC Tap Pay enabled on for my credit card for this EXACT reason.
Do you honestly believe I would tip you 110%? We were suddenly so disappointed.
We live 3 minutes down the road. This would have been a spot both of us would have continued to go once a month until this blatant
display of greed and disrespectful behavior.
We don't take lightly to that, so we won't be back despite enjoying the service, but I wanted to leave an honest review and make sure anyone reading was aware to watch your screen when you pay here!

NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!!!!! The old lady was yelling at customers so much!!!!! and me aswell and when the young lady with makeup on was waxing my armpits her and the old lady again we laughing at my armpits because its 2 inchs of hair. And for anyone asking why it was 2 inchs i am a mom of 5!!!! it is very hard to maintain a hygiene routine with five children

Owner gave me a hard time when I cancelled appointment. I was sick. Anyway, got finger cut, no apology, nothing put on finger to sterilize. Also , I think it’s rude when nail people speak in their language to each other while doing customer nails.

Moved here from Florida 11 years ago and this is my favorite nail spot. I won't even go anywhere else. The women are amazing and genuinely take the time to get to know you and your tastes.
