Generally speaking, the store staff are pretty helpful and polite. They’re short staffed and you can see the misery in their faces and their pace of work. The pharmacy staff, however, in particular - Shelly - has gone beyond low standard for customer service and work ethic. I walked in to pick up a prescription (as I have received countless text messages notifying me that my prescription was ready to be picked up). It turns out there were “no records” of any prescriptions under my name at this pharmacy. So, I asked if she could check to see if they may be at a different pharmacy, since there was another Walgreens just down the road. Shelly was being as unhelpful as she could, clearly annoyed to be at work. She repeated the same line over and over again “You will need to call the other pharmacy”. I find it to be so rude and dismissive and quite stupid she’s referring me to “the other pharmacy”, when the pharmacy name above her head is the same name as “the other pharmacy” - both “WALGREENS” 😂. Shelly couldn’t put in the extra effort it takes to type my name in the system to check another Walgreens to see if they may have my prescription. For context, my previous pharmacy closed so my refills were automatically transferred to my nearest Walgreens. But because there are multiple locations, I was just asking for clarification as to where I should go. Shelly was inconvenienced the moment she clocked into work to get paid to service clients while she sat down, totally unbothered and unwilling to help people. I wonder what she is getting paid for, when there are plenty of other warm bodies that can sit all day NOT being helpful to customers 😂. My tween has more work ethic and drive than Shelly at “the other Walgreens” does. I’m just amazed they’d hire people to sit, be lazy and rude. Anyways, if anybody reads this review - my encouragement to you is that you are doing great, better than Shelly, literally anyone is better than Shelly. I still have faith in humanity. Just don’t expect to get any help from Shelly at this Walgreens.

I don't know why they book appointments for vaccines if they don't have enough employees to perform the task. The employees become stressed and rude and I didn't get my vaccines. What a waste of time and gas.

The staff here is very rude and judgemental. The pharmacist and technicians are very unprofessional, unpleasant, and toxic. I'd give them -1 stars if I could.

Today, Friday March 10th 2023, I had an unusual shopping experience. Don working in Walgreens Photo on Cirque in Tacoma took the time to explain why my phone's photos were not transmitting/transferring to print properly. I left a very satisfied customer.

Pharmacy is disorganized and slow. There's no instruction as to what to do when you're done with paperwork, so I ended up behind two people that came after me. Ended up waiting 30 minutes for a flu shot, even with an appointment. The employees were nice enough but it was still a very disappointing experience and I'll be going anywhere but Walgreens the next time I need shots.*This review is from my experience several months ago, so hoepefully things have gotten better in that time.

Terrible service. Pharmacy is a joke brought in DrugRx coupon pharmacist would not accept it charged 34.95 for prescription.At first was told by pharmacy tech prescription varied which was not true.Dosage was set by manufacturers.Then was told Walgreens does not have to abide by coupon and if I wanted to use drugsrx price would be $243.57 Called Fred Meyer they checked and came back at 8.54.When I called and told pharmacy they told me to go to Fred meyer next time.Great customer service.not
