Do not go here for a passport photo. After taking our photo we were told that it would be one hour. I noticed there were no other customers and so I asked if they were really that backed up to print one photo. She told me that actually she had no other photos to print but we still had to wait one hour because they have to tell everybody that. She said that if even if she went and printed it right this minute, we would still have to wait one hour before she would give it to us to pay for. She said that they can never give people their photos any earlier than one hour, even if their photo is ready immediately, purposefully wasting the customer’s time. Go to Bartells. We walked in there, got the picture taken, got it printed and paid for all in less than 7 minutes…..LIKE A NORMAL STORE SHOULD.

Ableist cashier was rude because of an older woman's disability. Was waiting in line to purchase a few items, including medication and medical equipment for a hand condition with similar effects to arthritis, with my mother. There was only one cashier (near the front) and a long line. A second cashier comes and the people in front of us (who the second cashier appeared to know) move to the first cashier's line. The second cashier is just standing there, doing nothing, and we're waiting for the people in the other line to go there. 15-30 seconds pass and my mother, who again has a diagnosed condition in her hand, put her stuff on the counter because she couldn't wait anymore to set them down. The cashier scolded her, then told the people in the other line she was open and apologized TO THEM for my mother's behavior. They told her they were in the other line and never intended to use her line (as was obvious to anyone). The second cashier then reluctantly started scanning our items, was rude and curt when she asked for ID and my mom showed it to her instead of giving it to her, and then proceeded to talk to someone else the entire rest of our purchase. If she had been paying the slightest bit of attention to us instead of her friends, none of this would have happened. And she had the NERVE to be rude to us and apologize to an abled customer because someone with a disability was in the store too. For the record, state and federal law require Walgreens and all its employees to make any reasonable accommodation for disability, and prohibit them from discrimination. The staff here needs to be trained.

This Walgreens is wonderful. There are always available parking spots, and it's easy to come and go quickly. The staff is always very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. The products are always well maintained and reasonably priced. The pharmacy is nice and convenient as well. I will definitely be returning.

Wajeeah is such a friendly and helpful pharmacist!! She will always try to help you figure out your insurance and get your script filled quickly. She is why i use this pharmacy regularly.

Great location , but front end staff need some training. You walk in and you don’t even know who works there because they aren’t in uniform. And there’s always a wait to check out . Every time I go , the line is all the way back to photo and other staff just watching and not opening the other register. I hope their new store manager will put this place into shape because it has a lot of potential!

Ridiculous service. Drove from another town because Walgreens near me photo not working. After confirmation my order was ready I drove over and they could not find my order .

terrible customer service! the African American gal is so rude I can't! was told to go home wait 24 to 48 hours for a 1 hour photo manager yelled at me omg those 2 need to be fired deserved -5 stars!!!

Over 20min hold on the phone for the pharmacy, then the pharmacy hung up on me. Went in to inquire about vaccinations, was told to schedule online. Scheduled online just to find out they were out of the vaccine I needed. I took off from work for this and missed a whole day of work. So very rude and at least unfair for me.

I’m a very patient person and try to give grace to this exact location being that it is convenient to me. But I must say the customer service is ALWAYS poor, including the pharmacy. My child had a prescription sent yesterday, never received a phone call to notify if it was ready for pick up so today I went in to check on prescription, after first almost giving me THE WRONG medication for another patient they then tell me they do not carry said prescription, totally understandable, but when asked would I have been notified at all of this matter if I had not come in, only response was I can sign you up for text alerts. It is one thing to not have said medication but it is completely unacceptable to not at least notify patient so that they can proceed with another facility. Luckily I just told them to send it to a hospital pharmacy and now we must wait another 2 hours for said medication. I am only frustrated as this is for my six year old who has strep throat and is in pain. I always have to brace myself before going into this store for basic essentials, but at this point it is not worth it and I’m totally okay with NO LONGER giving Walgreens a dime of my money.

I urgently needed my visa photos to be taken so I could e-file for a visa online. The deadline to e-file is in a few days so I only have so much time to get my visa photo done and I have work the next few days so it had to be today. I got my photo taken and it looked very dark and my shadow-y at first. The associate reassured me that the photo would be retouched and it wouldn't be that dark after the retouch. I also purchased a digital copy on a USB stick because I really only needed a digital copy. She then finishes retouching and doesn't ask if the photos are alright, just tells me they are done and printed them and tries to ring me up for the photos. My mom opens up the photo holder and sees the photo and says they look really dark and she's never had passport photos that looked that dark and murky. The associate basically dismisses our claims and simply responded along the lines of "well I retouched them already and the manager looked at them and signed off on them so they're fine". She completely dismissed us and we left thinking maybe it was okay despite our doubts. Big mistake. I took the photos on the USB to the travel agency who is helping us e-file later today and they told us the photos did not meet the requirements. Looked at the photos and turned out they accidentally gave us the ORIGINAL, NON-RETOUCHED photos on the USB. I showed them the physical ones and asked if they could use those since those are retouched. Nope. The background was better on those but the face was too dark because they didn't even retouch the brightness. Called customer service since the Walgreens is closed and they told me there are certain specific requirements that the photo center is supposed to meet in order to pass a photo, and after looking at requirements and example photos, it really does not take an expert to know the photo wouldn't pass. I still can't believe they passed my photos and I needed my visa as soon as possible as my grandmother is very ill in another country. I needed to e-file TODAY but because the agency rejected my photo I have to wait until the weekend passes to go back and then it is the holidays in the country I am visiting. I only got notice two days ago about my grandmother's condition drastically getting worse so I didn't choose to wait until the last minute.

Customer service at the pharmacy is terrible. I get frustrated every time. I walk in knowing there will be an issue and brace myself and still get mad. I work in retail and my store gets incredibly busy. We make it a priority to acknowledge the waiting customer and let them know that they have been seen an that we will help them as soon as possible. This is not the case that this store. The staff goes out of their way to avoid the waiting customer. Also there is always a problem with the prescription or vaccine. You make an online appointment and think all is well only to be told that your child can't cet the covid vaccine. Or check with the pharmacy ahead of time if you can get it even if you lost your vaccine card only to told the next day that it is an issue. Long story short., if you're thinking about getting your shots from this pharmacy, turn around and go to Bartells across the street. Their customer service is much better and my children got their boosters. I was acknowledged and didn't mind the wait.

The past few months they are consistently out of the prescriptions and take weeks to receive them after ordering. Whenever I call I am on hold for 30min plus and then the call disconnects. Every time. If you can go elsewhere do it!
