They all know me by my name and even ask how my dog is doing as they are like many have commented or just like a country store of the old times.
I've been in the hospital one time and when I was released they knew that I was coming over and stayed open for an extra 20 minutes to fill my prescription and how many places can you say that about.
This is truly a business model that should be followed and duplicated.
I had moved 40 miles away a year ago and I still get my prescriptions filled here as I've always watched out before me as they have caught prescriptions that have been prescribed that do not coincide with the ones I'm already taking and are very careful to make sure that my health is a priority and always willing to take the time even when busy to answer any questions it probably seems silly to most.
