Garbage Customer Service and lazy workers, guys at the counter are not helpful one bit, and just sit around on their phones. Low quality employees get new ones please, and judging from previous reviews I highly encourage this if this store knows what's good for business.

I've been coming to this location by my house for a year now. Never have I ever felt the need to say anything about anything. But lately the cycled out staff is beyond lazy, doesn't wear deodorant, and rudely talks about customers in a non English language.

I used to work at this local 7/11, we used to accept EBT and clean the store regularly no less than almost a year ago. Since they came in and switched it to franchise i've gone by the store and absolutely watched it deteriorate.
- They stopped accepting EBT
- The staff of the franchise became incredibly hostile
- It started looking less kept up and dingy (I used to deep scrub the kitchen every night)
- Everything became MORE expensive more then it already was
- Just became a bad place to stop in the neighborhood.
I've had to basically stop going cause every one i've gone to involves some racist worker working for this company that absolutely dogs on people at ANY location.
7-11 makes chevron look like an oasis
Edit: Kitchen as in the roller grill/oven area, where all the greasy foods are the ruin those machines so fast lol
Also the review link they ask you to click is just a general review, it's not anywhere near related to the actual store, dont waste your time :)

Ever since this 711 got new owners I try my very best not to go in there. There is zero customer service, the workers are rude and you can't ask them anything because of the language barrier. It's unfortunate because I live right next door so it'd be very convenient but I'd rather drive farther down the road and be treated well than have to deal with those rude people.

The only reason for the two stars isn't because of the food products or drinks or 7-Eleven itself, the store itself is fine it's the workers. I'm handicapped and in a wheelchair and they never help me with the door... they give me dirty looks if I accidentally knock something over and I just feel uncomfortable. but I go anyway because I'm a total slurpee addict and this store has the best cherry slurpee with the most flavor. 🍒🍒🍒

We come here daily BRO...
IT'S THE SAME SHORT Napoleon complex having dude who calls people BRO, because they don't want you to walk in with your backpack.
We are traveling from state to state daily on public transit and buy at least $20 worth of product DAILY and only one person ever harasses us about walking in with our belongings and calls my husband BRO.....
LISTEN, regular customers with above average conversational English DEFINITELY TAKE OFFENSE to being called BRO when entering the FRONT OF THE STORE ONLYYY to purchase items.
There's no need to leave your important belongings at the entrance of the store to grab stuff and risk your bag being stolen. How is this CUSTOMER SERVICE BRO? 1 🌟 STAR IS BEING GENEROUS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! BROOO

We stopped in to the 7-Eleven to get a Slushy! They were delicious! My husband got a Mt. Dew Slushy, and what a peach one! The young man at the counter was very polite. The place is very clean, and orderly. They have many choices of snacks there.

I’m Vietnamese/Asian, I dressed nice. I came in this 7-eleven to buy the lottery tickets, and also cash out some wining tickets. I told the cashier (Indian guy from Asia) that cash out the tickets first then get me some Mega and Powerball, I’ll pay the difference. But he looked at me in the discrimination way, then went over the lottos machine and printed out 1 ticket for Mega and 1 for Powerball. He turned around and asked me to pay first before he can hang me the tickets, that’s fine, so I took out my bank card and paid. But then after, I felt like a beggar. I’m employed by the big company and also a small business owner, I didn’t dress like a “no money person” or even I dressed like that, he got no right treated the customers in the discrimination way. I will not come back here to support them.

Store was corporate until just recently, it changed to franchise. Instantly, 90% of all prices were raised at least $1. The Employees are all middle eastern, and seem to intentionally use the language barrier as an excuse to act COMPLETELY RETARDED.
Ie:
Intentionally grabbing incorrect items from behind the counter
Sneering at customers
PURPOSELY STEALING CHANGE. CONSTANTLY STEALING THE SINGLE CENTS OUT OF CHANGE BACK.
It is insanely irritating, just going to my neighborhood 711 which used to be a pleasant experience.

Cinnamon rolls were fresh around 3am so that was good but, I still was not able to pay with EBT . I believe all Vancouver 7-Elevens are no EBT now. #sadday

There is always a line you have to stand in. When I came in the clerk was outside smoking and talking to someone even though she had a line of customers inside waiting for her. Employees stand close to the door while smoking cigarettes and marijuana. The cups and soda dispensers are always empty. They hardly have straws half the time. And some staff is just flat rude and have attitudes. I only come here because it's convenient and close to my house when I need something and don't want to drive far.
