Always open. Friendly staff. Who runs out of pepperoni pizza though? Those fancy chicken bacon ranch pizzas don’t fit the 7-11 aesthetic. Sometimes you just want a good ol pepperoni pizza.

Printers on the pumps don't work. Pumps approve the credit card but then don't begin pumping. Staff seems clueless to the problems or what to do about them. Since no one is apparently taking responsibility for this fuel station actually being able to dispense fuel, I'll go elsewhere.

Today December 22,2024 around 4:30 my 13 year old son went in for the first time by him self tell me why your cashier accused him of stealing beers the previous day she went on to tell my son to get out. My son tried to explain to her that she is mistaken him for someone else she was so rude.
I wish my son would have called me back because I had just gotten off the phone with him I heard someone in the background yell HEY! This is unacceptable and it's racial profiling! If she would only know the kind of person my child is. He's a kind person helps anyone that needs a hand. He's a boxer trains 6 days a week 3-4 hours day he dedicates his time to the sport he loves. Doesn't go out alone first time l let him go to get some snacks and this happens it's unacceptable before she accuses someone she should have the right person and facts. I tried calling the store but of course no one answers! Please talk to your employees they definitely need training on how to deal with certain situations.

Never buy milk from a convenience store. I bought a gallon from here because I was out, and I only live a couple of minutes away. The milk went completely sour 3 days before the expiration date. The smell was terrible.

I rarely write reviews for anything, because to an extent I understand nothing is perfect. However, I’ve been in this area for a total of 12 years, even after leaving AND coming back after 5 this is by far the worst example of how to run a store I’ve ever seen. Whoever’s been in charge of hiring these employees does not deserve their job for allowing such dirt on 7/11’s name. It’s unprofessional in almost every way you can think of.

I wanted to make sure this story was shared. I don't think my wife and I have ever been so offended in our lives. 2 of my kids and my wife and I went into this 7eleven this afternoon to buy some drinks for a lunch. When we were checking out the gentleman, well I can't call him a gentleman after he said what he did to my wife, said something like "You don't get any food because she eats it all" to me, while pointing at my wife. I didn't understand what he said but figured it out later. I said "what"? He went on to say "well you work out but you obviously don't" pointing again at my wife. I didn't realize what he said in kind of broken English but it registered with my wife and by the time we got out the door she was in tears. I didn't know exactly what he said until we got into the car and she explained what he had said. This was beyond rude. It was disgusting. It made me sick to my stomach that anyone would say something so rude, mean and inconsiderate to another human being. The funny thing is that my wife does work out. She has struggled with her weight since she had the first of our 3 amazing children. She works way harder than I ever have and to have a stranger talk to a customer that he doesn't even know like that is horrible. If I owned this franchise I would want to know this. I would let this employee go as soon as I saw this review and hope that he hasn't said things like this to other normal humans. He is a horrible person and if I would have known what he said I would have demanded an apology.

Apple pay does not work. Had plenty balance on the account, and they kept telling me it was declined. They swapped me to the other machine, same result. I have had this issue more than 4 separate times with them. I believe it is false advertising at this point to say you "Accept" apple pay. FIX YOUR MACHINES OR TAKE THE SIGNAGE DOWN. The incompetence is outstanding. The store owners clearly do not care or know about what they are doing or how to run a store. The store constantly smells like piss and burnt pizza, sticky and nasty floors. They have homeless surrounding their building CONSTANTLY, always begging for change or sleeping/pissing in the bushes. The gas pumps are always down, and the "Apple Pay" card reader NEVER works, the gas pump station building has been broken and damaged for months. I am sick of this gross location who cannot even handle a simple payment transaction. I JUST WANT MY DAMN ENERGY DRINK AND GO NOT BE GIVEN EXCUSES. FIX IT.

This is the most unprofessional location I have ever visited. I they stole 56.00 out of my bank account saying my card was declined when I showed it clearly was removed from my account. I’m ready to file theft charges against this place. They just act like they don’t understand English and refuse to fix the situation. I would not give this location my business if it was the last location in the world and that is saying a lot because I love slurpies!!! Response I tried calling the phone number listed no response, I tried to click the link sent no good. On 1/10 my card was charged 2X for 20.00 and 36.68. The money has been deducted from my account but I was told card was declined. My bank says the merchant is hold my funds in processing. So I need these transactions found in the system and they need to be released. There is no reason they should have been held I had the funds in my account because it took them. It’s suspicious and I want it corrected immediately
