They post a sign saying monsters are 2 for 5.50 but when I went to the register to pay they charged me 6.98 for 2 monster. Don’t trust this place at all

• Tried to use a gift with a balance and cashier denied it.

Many times, the (guy named Amit) has denied the loyalty number we put in, and then has put his own number in to collect the points. Bunch of thieves! He also acted like I was interrupting his conversation with his friends and slammed my smokes on the counter (after 3 tries to get the correct ones). Poor customer service and straight stole my reward points!

0 STARS!I AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! I go here just because I live in walking distance. By FAR the worst convenient store/customer service in Vancouver. There extremely rude. Will try to double scan your items if your not paying attention. Every cashier will play with his phone for a minute or two before helping you while you stand at the register waiting. I NEVER give unreasonable reviews but this store has earned this. Don't shop here if you can avoid it...
UPDATE
it's honestly gotten way worse. Employees still sit there on there phone right infront of you while you wait. They mess up scanning then blame or get mad at you. The worst service EVER!! I do have to put though that a Employee named SHARMA is extremely professional and very helpful. He's always on top of everything and remembers you by name which is cool

My kids and dad were in tonight and the cashier was just rude my daughter tried to use her bday gift card visa and he refused told her they didn't take credit. Which is a lie I use it daily at 711. Mind you my kids are all 14 and under so she call customer service for the card and set a pin. This is disgusting behavior when not giving a reason to act this way july 12 at 1130

Awful customer service. I guess the attendant is blind or homophobic because he wouldn’t sell to me saying it’s not me even though I buy from there all the time. Not anymore. Then he sold to my sister who is years younger right after without checking their ID mind you. It’s okay I’d be pretty upset if I had that haircut too.

The ownership is very nice and friendly. Sometimes nighttime shopping can have sketchy folk, but it's got nothing to do with the staff. The staff makes it nice

The guy working didn't give me the pizza meal deal and when I asked about it only after being charged and noticing it was more expensive and he just said: "This time, no deal."

Love the employees at this store..granted they're always on theyre bluetooth talking to someone and you think they're talking to you for a split second, sorta funny, I don't mind. But hella cool guys here, I get the locals only family sorta vibe here and I like it. I do just wish there was a way to have cigarettes delivered..not figured this out yet

New owner's are terrible there on there phones the whole time, i ask for something behind counter and every time i have to repeat myself. Plus the food in hot case looks GROSS 80% OF THE TIME. 711 CORPORATION LISTEN UP, ITS A JOKE

I never pay in cash, I just happened to have a $20. Clerk gave me $6 back instead of the $11 I was owed. If I realized in the moment I would have said something. Now I'm just pissed before going to bed.
