I don't know who you guys have working the morning shift some hippie guy! But he is slacking ! Went in there at 515 am and no coffee and nothing to eat . Floors was sticky . The other guy you use to have on it was on it .

I have been going to this 711 for many years. It's is in new ownership. At first, it was great and even though we liked the old staff, the new workers were kind. Until Raj started working. In the months since he's been here, he Never says, Hi, please or thank you or your welcome. He's always grumpy. This evening I decided to ask if he hated his job, he said No. So I asked him why he doesn't acknowledge people. I'm here a lot for gas and I'm a loyal customer. He asked me why no one else has ever complained. Not everyone has the nerve to point out something that's making them uncomfortable. It's a Very small store. Being dollar signs for a store and not a valued customer is stifling. He told me never to come back. We're surrounded by convenience stores. No problem.

Refused to make hot coffee. Plus parking lot is pothole city. Best avoid till they replace the asphalt and lazy employee.

I went in there 5 minutes ago I had exact change and he said he didn't take pennies and there was only 18 of them I felt so embarrassed I don't even want to go to that store ever again I did not like that

There is now an incessant screeching emanating from their parking lot at seemingly all times.
Supposedly, only youth and children are supposed to hear it to prevent loitering, but apparently my 25-year old self is a youthful child because it hurts my ears as well as my (late 30s) partner's ears when we are within 300 yards of the premises. We visit the area often and it's not fun to hear this convenience store, which is lit like a Saw film with lemon-lime lights, whining as if tinnitis suddenly became a corporeal entity external to my eardrums while we're just trying to wait for the bus. I can't imagine how employees at the surrounding businesses must feel.
Zero stars.

The guy Anthony slammed on the bathroom door while I was in there and said there is no public restrooms. Very rude customer service

I like to drop into this 7-11 frequently to get my kiddo a small Slurpee and have to say that the staff is always nice and friendly. I will go out of my way to get something at this location because of it. Definitely the friendliest convenience store around.

Today 11/20/23 between 8am and 9am a thief used the ATM in this store to steal money from peoples accounts. This is something that takes many tries and should be beyond obvious to any employee on duty. DO NOT USE ANY 7-11 ATM THEY ARE ALL COMPROMISED!!
