New ownership took the store that my crew built to be award winning, into the ground. No personality, rude or near non existant service, and judgemental on purchases. I don't enjoy going here anymore.

I stop at this 7-eleven almost daily and it is always clean, stocked, and has amazing customer service. Honey is my main man usually at the register and he remembered my name and is always in a great mood to help out customers!

Out of most 7-11 services like fountain drinks, coffee, ICE, and is very dirty all over the floor, counters and door handles

Wow, I will never order anything from here ever again.
Anytime I order ice cream, they blindly substitute it with the same frozen block of ice on top of the lid strawberry and banana ice cream. Now if you like that flavor, great, but when my order consists of chocolate and other standard flavors, I wouldn't put such an odd flavor like that instead of chocolate.
They have done this 2 times before and given strawberry banana and both times the pint is covered in about a half inch of solid ice on top of the lid.
I think they are trying to get rid of old not popular inventory.
I tried to call multiple times to understand why this is happening and no one ever picks up the phone.
Don't waste your time or money here in person or ordering delivery. ?

This place has gone down hill since they switched ownership. Honey always sees that im ready to check out but chooses to do little side quests and takes forever to check me out. He waits til theres a line behind me to charge us out. He always has a tone. The rest of the employees are always on the phone with someone else and ignore your needs. They also put in there own phone numbers for points if you don’t have a rewards account. The employees also flirt with every woman that walks in. Super unprofessional environment. Don’t come here.

The employee named "Honey" is not friendly and is consistently not at the register to take orders and will make a line of people wait while he straightens the products. There is almost never any food out to buy. I've only had bad experiences at this location.

This store has gone to $h&t since the girls left. The guys that work there now are horrible at keeping store stocked, clean and customer service

I used to go to this location all the time. But the new cashier is a real jerk also.
They're charging $11.50 for 2 sticks. I'm Dryden chicken for that price. I can go get a whole bucket from k. FC

They are under new management and they can't even keep the store stocked. This place went downhill after this new management took over, the same people that are taking over all the other stores too. Poor customer service, their machines don't stay stocked properly, and they let homeless people just leave their trash out front hand hang out out front.
