Been going to this 7/11 for years, and not the type to write reviews, but this experience was something else, ended up buying a bunch of stuff at the self checkout, I walked out the store came back in not even right after I walked out due to forgetting one thing, right after walking back in, not even 4 seconds after I left I have both employees yelling at me across the store to leave my 7/11 bag that I just purchased to leave outside with all my stuff in it that I just bought from the store, I told them I would not do that due to the fact I just paid for it not even 2 seconds ago and this location is known for having people stealing and people doing drugs outside, very unimpressed with these employees that were working on 4/14 at 1:45 pm… p.s told me to never come back ever again treated me like I was stealing, losing good customers when you barely have many to chose from

Racist lady called us trouble makers. And not just us the people that don’t know English . That were buying their items she called them trouble makers.

I ordered from door dash at this location and they cancelled items on my order and when I tried to call and ask why because I was never notified of it and was never reimbursed for the item I paid for. I called 10 times in a row and no one answered.

Worst 7-Eleven in all of the city, hands-down. They never have anything in stock. There are always 5 drug addicts outside and the poor workers dong get paid to be security. Whoever owns this location doesn’t care at all.

Avoid this location. I just left here. (2:28 p.m. Thursday, February 1st) The folks at the one on Andresen are nicer with better customer service. I only went here because I needed a money order and the other location was out of paper. The woman made me pay for the money order in cash even though I verified that 7 Eleven does take debit for money orders. She had an attitude even though I was being polite to her and she didnt even offer me a receipt. I asked for a receipt and she acted like it was too much trouble so I just told her nevermind because her attitude was starting to throw my energy off. Her manager was speaking to some guy about something getting done to the store and I heard another customer having issues because something was ringing up at the wrong price and the manager basically said "I cant change the prices. It rings up what it rings up." Hmmmmm. So managers cant do any kind of overrides, adjustments, etc... Some of you people really shouldnt work customer facing jobs if you hate serving customers so much. Ill never go here again.

I was in line nearly for 7 minutes waiting on the cashier (Amanda) to finishing counting her til, when she was done she approached counter & noticed what I was buying & asked if I was using card or cash for my transaction, I told her I was using card. She then proceeded to tell me I could use the self check out. I mean yea I could’ve but I wanted a tobacco product as well with my purchase & I did tell her I need to get tobacco product. Amanda than ignored me & proceeded to check lottery tickets & Uber orders then told me I need to wait a minute until she’s done doing the Uber orders , when I have already been waiting for awhile at the counter! When she got approached by a different customer on why she isn’t helping her customers first before Uber orders, she proceeded tell them to get out of her store her manger told her to do Uber orders first before customers!Please get back to me! You have it all on video recording in your store ?
