Reviewing November 3 at 11:34 pm: Every single gallon of milk for sale in this store had a best by date of no later than October 26, over a week out of date. I have seen this store sell multiple other expired products. This is not the only 7-11 in the area to do this but over a week expired is particularly egregious. I intend to report this store for food safety violations. Good luck!

Apparently this particular morning, your store had your very worst staff member, named Paul, that I've ever met, and I only met him for 3 or 4 minutes just today. Sloppy, awful hygiene, completely tuned out of his job bc he wouldn't stop scrolling on his phone. Asked some questions about new products like the chicken and waffle roller which the store has never carried,I was curious why. Paul decided to lie rather than give a truthful answer. He said they had them weeks ago and they just sold out fast (I'm in there every single day and never even saw a placard for the item, much less the actual item) and said they no longer can order them. Another flat out lie I easily debunked after going down the street to an alternate 7-11 that had the chicken and waffle rollers and their store manager said the promo is not, in fact, over. If Paul had been a teen or even a new hire then I may not have reacted badly. But he is not only an adult (and a poor version of one, who goes to work in sweatpants?!) he seemed to be the supervisor on duty! At least that's how it looked. Gave me nothing but a nasty attitude when I asked follow up questions bc he had to look away from whatever game he was playing on his phone, and then he then snapped at me for asking his name! I reminded him you never know who a secret shopper is. I'm not saying I am or I'm not, that's my business. However this store would've gotten a fail. If I see Paul again I will be turning around and walking out. I'm not a Karen-type person and I was very genial, I did not deserve the nasty attitude, nor does anyone who shops there. I felt very bad for the guy who rang me up, who is doing all the work, while Paul stands in front of the cigarette display scrolling on his phone. Talk about grimy. Paul needs to be fired, or at the very least written up. I work in a retail job too, and if I did that I'd be fired on the spot.
Update: They refuse to answer the phone and I've called a dozen times trying to find out the owner's name and contact. Just goes to show how awful the staff really is, wouldn't be surprised if Paul is having a conversation and won't pick up the incoming calls, or just won't pick up to avoid customers the same way he does in person.

Asked that my purchases were bagged. The cashier put the chips into a plastic bag (I prefer paper, but didn't ask for one) but didn't put the two large bottles of water in. I had to rebag, so that the chips weren't crushed by the bottles.

On Nov.14 @ 4am. Went 7-11 on 14514 SE Mill Plain Blvd, Vancouver WA 98684 and got cup of coffee walked up to counter put my coffee down pull out $20 place it on countertop. Cashier was not looking, he finally looks up and tells me the amount. I tell him the money is on the counter. He says that I need to put the money in his hand. I have my work uniform with my name tag clearly on it. The cashier, calls me “Bro” several times. He says, that I am banned from store cause I did not put the money into his hand, as I was leaving he says to not come back “Bro”. This is third time, I have had a problem with this store. I feel this is clearly color thing. I also feel that I should warn people. I would like your input. If you have the time, ask to see the video and post your comment. Please let’s not do anything crazy I just need your comment after watching the video. I have called Corporate Office, have not got call back from Corporate or from the owner of the store. Please be careful at this store.

The store has a "buy 2 drinks for $7.00" promotion. And the seller sold 2 drinks for $4.00 each.

Stopped in at about 6;00pm Sunday the 26th of July. Latin male at the check out - wasn't paying attention to what he was doing and seemed totally confused. Gave him a winning Hit 5 ticket that I had previously scanned on my phone - paid $15.00 and two free plays. Clerk gave me the free play tickets BUT NEVER GAVE ME THE $15.00. Both he and another clerk failed to go through the receipts which were in their trash can and check - which they could have easily done. Showed them my phone for confirmation. They simply refused to consider it and simply made excuses. In essence, the store - or the clerk(s) pocketed the money. Crooked store - DO NOT GO THERE! RIP OFFS!

I came to this 7 Eleven in the summer of 2023, and it was pretty hot, so I stopped in to get myself a large cup of Slurpee. The cashier (I didn't get his name) told me it's on the house, let me go without paying. Really nice guy, thanks man, you deserve a raise for that kindness.

I had a great experience at this 711 location.I initially had an issue with my order,but the owner personally reached out promptly, apologized and went above and beyond to make things right by making me a fresh batch of wings. The customer service was exceptional, and I highly recommend this location for their delicious food and outstanding service!

Great store with new ownership! Love that they have repositioned some items in the store and taken good care of the store. Love coming into this store as it always has good music playing and great people working.

I went here since it first opened and I was very glad at the time to have a place to buy beer closer to my house, but I eventually stopped coming here because they wouldn't stop trying to overcharge me. Over the couple years I came here, they were almost always running a 2 for $6 mix-and-match promo on craft beers but nothing ever rang up correctly. Every brand rang up at a different price and the mix and match pricing never worked. I would point it out every time I bought beer there, and they were 100% aware of the problem and never fixed it. After this went on for well over a year and I had objected to the overcharging over 100 times, it because obvious that they had no intention of fixing it and the only reasonable explanation left was that they were doing it on purpose and just trying to get away with overcharging anyone who would let them. I'm not going to deal with thieves, so I stopped coming here. And even if it was a series of over 100 honest mistakes, which is not at all believable, it was still super irritating and there's no excuse for it either way.
