DO NOT go here unless you are almost 100% sure of what you’re doing. These people will take advantage of you. Will end up cheating you and scamming you. They sell broken down cars and what they do is erase the codes right before the close the sale. The owner and his business partner belong in jail

We were looking for a family rig, found a sequoia from Portland Auto Sales. Seemed like a good reliable rig, the only thing wrong he told us was the 4 wheel drive didn’t work. When we got there, he had to jump the vehicle to get it started and said the battery was old. Turns out it needed an alternator. He also had it hooked up to the computer and said he was trying to fix the 4 wheel drive. We bought the rig and the next day the check engine light came on, with 8 codes being thrown. Turns out he was clearing the codes that day. We called him to ask for some money back or if he would buy back the rig but he said no. We’ve owned for the rig for 5 months and it’s been in the shop the entire time.I DO NOT recommend buying from this place!!

I bought a vehicle from here. Tung was the gentleman selling me the vehicle. He gave me a great experience buying a vehicle. Tung listened to my concerns and showed me what to look for on the vehicle to be sure it was good. I couldn't afford his asking price and he compromised with me and gave me a fantastic deal on the vehicle.I also didn't have another driver who could go with me and he personally delivered my vehicle to me that same night.Tung is also a certified mechanic. The way he took care of me just selling me the vehicle, it gives me confidence to see him again if I need any repairs in the future.I would highly recommend visiting his shop if you are looking for a vehicle to buy or need repairs.

Worst experience with a dealer. Car was extremely dirty and continued to be used by one of the owners while the car was in the process of being sold. Over priced on top of all. Damaged vehicle with major mechanical issues exceeding $7000. Check engine light came on after being driven for a little over 50 miles. Owners are unprofessional and complete scammers. We got ripped off of our down payment after returning the vehicle. After seeing so many bad reviews I know I’m not the only person who thinks this place is a scam.

Tung has provided excellent customer service starting when I checked out my car the first time, second time, and since buying it! He went the extra mile providing mechanical help when the O2 sensor started acting up. Trustworthy and kind, and reasonably priced.

Tung nguyen is an unprofessional car salesman. The worst of the worst. I had an appointment to check out a car at 5 pm and I called a little after that to inform I was running a little late (10 minutes) and was told the car I ALREADY had an appointment to check out has sold. Very unprofessional very rude. How can you set an appointment and then sell the car that was supposed to be evaluated. Terrible experience with these guys.

One stop shopping from helping me apply for financing all the way to paying the fees and getting plates /licensing and title for my new vehicle! This dealer goes above and beyond with his customer service, flexibility and costs.I highly recommend purchasing from this honest, clean and organized business with beautiful and plentiful inventory and great staff. He kept his word and patience with me, as well as put up with all my questions and texts at all hours.This dealer is also a certified mechanic who only works on his customers vehicles. It’s so reassuring to have somewhere who knows my new car as well as someone I can trust to do mechanics anywhere from oil changes and maintanance to the unexpected. His friendly staff and kind welcome really helped me feel comfortable and like I was right where I belonged! Thank you Tung! ?

Great customer service!!! Drake was amazing with helping us get approved! After our credit history we thought we couldn’t drive a car from a lot, but Drake prof me wrong. Just a great sales man to work with. Definitely recommend him!!
