We stopped in to get international driving permits. Quick, friendly service. They do their job well. Nice selection of travel products from luggage to books to odds and ends, like electric adapters.

Triple-a Washington has gone to me 1 hour. And now it's been three, this is bullshit My wife and I are out in the rain and the weather. I feel like suing them. Plus they advise me if they take my car to the garage. And the garage can't fix it. I'm on my own, they won't reto my vehicle to my house. I can guarantee one thing I won't be re updating my membership. I have been a member for a long time, and I'm sure I'll probably have a few other people that will and their membership as well. After they hear my story triple-a is turned into a dam joke. I know it don't matter them to use, lose a few customers.

I respect AAA because I upgraded my membership but after going on a long, arduous road trip by myself (77 year old single woman) and finding they couldn't help me find a route that was less than 80 mph, and a budget motel, I asked them for a refund and they gave it to me.

We were there to get the international driver permits. The service was fast and hassle free given that you bring all that are required.

The free maps are always useful, but you can only get them during office hours.

Be sure to call ahead of time to order any currency for currency exchange. It can take a few business days to get in. Did not have to wait long to talk to someone. Location is not excellent.

We have had AAA for many years and have always had good and prompt service. They always keep us informed and their policies clearly stated. I think only dissatisfied customers are bothering to post reviews so I will post a positive review in all fairness.

I guess I learned my lesson. Never will I ever use AAA never will I ever recommend AAA Thank you for leaving a single female with her child stranded after my vehicle was vandalized!

Michelle Horch, the woman working the auto/home insurance inside of this AAA was helpful when it came to signing me up for auto/renter's insurance but beyond that don't expect anything from her. My auto policy was cancelled out of nowhere because they thought maybe my little sister (who lives in CA and doesn't drive) was living with me in WA. She was and is incredibly unresponsive and not helpful. I would highly recommend getting car and auto insurance elsewhere.
