Went there to have my Transmission checked for Free, They were Very Friendly and checked my Transmission out fairly Quickly, Thank God my Tranny is Good to go, Highly recomend AAMCO!!!

They missed a few things. Bad seal on front differential, found both front cab bolts missing.I asked them to wire in both my powered door mirrors and only one works.It's hard to get ahold of them on the phone, not too long after my service. When they finally answered, the mgr was no longer at that location, and I was forwarded to Oregon location.

About the start of the Pandemic, I needed my trans fluid changed. Instead; my vehicle was Dropped from the Lift so hard the shocks were blown out, the radiator was cracked and leaking .. he Myka owes my wife 5K for his ignorance... ken

Out in hazeldale. The shop in hazel dale ruined my Mitsubishi Endeavored/ S.U.V.I trusted the shopI trusted this location, I trusted the shop to do a good job. I paid 3400.oo plusc180.00 for advice from a lawyer in camas wa. I'm not done with them yet. Plan to get my money. I don't expect an apology from Brian or Mike responsible for the shop and repair trust of vehicle.check the reviews as well as the fedral trade commission.

I brought my 350Z in to have the clutch and flywheel replaced after 150,000+ miles of use. Micah is a great guy and took good care of me as a customer. I dropped the car off Monday morning and they started work on it right away. Within an hour, Micah called me to let me know about a leak in the rear main seal and even took a video of it to show me. It's always excellent when problems are caught and corrected while everything is accessible. I got a call Tuesday morning letting me know my car was finished and all set to go without any problems. That has to be the fastest turnaround time ever for a major service! I was curious what the old clutch and flywheel looked like after 14 years of use and Micah was happy to show me. This place is truly one of, if not the very best auto repair shops that I have ever dealt with. Friendly service and very fair price. I will 100% come back for future service. I would give them negative stars if I could. I’m so disappointed with the level of urgency with me vehicle. They had it for almost a month to get the new transmission in, finally got my car back and not even 2 days later my transmission started making weird noises. It took me a week to even get ahold of someone at the shop to talk about it. They told me to drop it off the following Monday, mind you I called on a Tuesday, so another week to wait. Drop the car off Monday and a week later I still don’t have my car and they still can’t tell me when I will get it back. I’m a single mother and work 3 jobs and being without transportation has made it extremely difficult to get to and from work. Spending money on Ubers and giving people gas money to get me where I need to be. Walking in 90 degree weather for 45 minutes to get to work. They lack compassion and I would advise to not do business here if you can help it. Between my warranty and myself I’ve paid 5,027 plus still making my car payments! Do NOT take your car here!!!!!Service: Transmission

I had a great experience with Micah. He made sure I was taken care of as well as my truck and did so in a very timely manner. I had my transmission rebuilt as well as a couple other things I had been putting off and he got it all done for me and back on the road

Micah at AAMCO saved me this year!! The middle of March, my 2016 Hyundai Elantra transmission decided to die on me :( After searching around town for a local mechanic to help me, it seemed useless until I called Micah! I was concerned that since AAMCO is such a big brand that the cost would be a lot higher than hiring a private mechanic to do the work needed on my car. Micah was so kind and honest. Super down to earth and I didn't feel at all like he was trying to haggle me for anymore money than what a refurb transmission was worth. He was VERY transparent with his process and extremely patient when I told him I would need to come up with the money somehow by borrowing from family. He really made me feel like he wanted to help me. He kept my car safe on the lot for a week while I figured things out responded to all of my inquiries promptly. He shopped around for me to find a new-to-me transmission and showed me the work he put in and the list of contacts. He was honest in his concern of not getting ahold of one when I needed it, but ALAS!! He was able to find me one!!!! He ordered it right away and told me it would be 10 days for it to arrive at which point it would only take a day or two for install but he would have me back on the road ASAP. Sure enough, by the 10th day, it arrived and he called me to let me know it arrived and would be installed that day! While installing, he noticed my drive axle thingamajiggy (my words lol i don't know what it's called) had something wrapped around it that was causing a fluid leak and would lead to failure. So I was able to have that replaced at the same time as the transmission, saving me boatloads of money later on on labor costs. After install, I picked up the car and he showed me the part that was failing to prove his findings. I greatly appreciate this!!! Sure enough it looked really bad and I'm so glad he mentioned it. It has now been a month since I picked up the car and she drives like a champ!!! Micah and his team are such a blessing!!!!! Such positive vibes and a real gift for customer service. I have never had such a great experience dealing with any car maintenance. He kinda felt like a big brother! Thank you so much to the AAMCO team for fixing up my car and saving me so much pain and heartache when I was already crushed about the transmission in the first place. I will NOT be taking my car anywhere else!Services: Transmission
