Not a great place to do business. They do not communicate with their customers “who pay off their product” and ask for it to be fixed and then leave them without any communication for two months. A great solution to this is do not shop here period. Thanks for approving me for my washer and dryer now to block all of their phone numbers. 1 star review.

They we're really good to me.. but then they got confusion with the financial part when I transferred to another store...I feel like if they would have not brought stress to me about there mistakes...I would have given five stars...

Somewhat alarming that the store can't keep enough employees on staff to cover lunches so the entire store must close. We drove from across town to the store twice this week and both times the store was closed at random times for lunch. Today the handwritten sign said closed for lunch from 2:20 to 3:20. We are now heading to give our business elsewhere.

Take your money elsewhere or just know you’ll get robbed at Aaron’s. I’ve paid on a washer/dryer set over a year. It stopped working and then was told by an associate that normal people do not use their machine daily like I do. So it’s probably my fault. C’mon! Why can’t I just get a working machine? And no kindness from this location, just excuses. Christine, the most arrogant and unprofessional manager I’ve met says, “it’s out of my hands!” Whose hands is it in then, Christine? Always passing the Buck, making excuses, and never resolving anything. Give me my money back that I’ve paid into the machines or give me working ones. Pretty simple solution. I don’t over use the machines. Many families use their machines daily, maybe more often, and still get more than one year of use from them.

Horrible Service!!!! I will never recommend this place to no one!!!!! Told them I was mixing and to pick up furniture 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t picked up and always giving me a different story on why they can’t pick up.Now the new resident can’t move in because they won’t pick up furniture

I've been going to this location for years. Spent 10000's of dollars but after I'm done with my last 4 payments, I'm washing my hands of them. The guy I talked to Took the wrong amount of money out of my bank account which caused me an overdraft fee and the employee was arguing with me on my end. He told me the charge was reversed but it never was. I talked to the regional manager and he said it was so now I have to go and show proof that it was NEVER reversed. Now they are calling me and saying they never got the payment and I owe them money. I'm just outright disappointed and smh.

I absolutely love my Jamal sectional, and the customer service is simply phenomenal. When RAC cancelled on me last minute during moving day between two downtown apartments - Aaron's employees saw how distraught I was all by myself and saved the day. In addition to the sectional, they moved my "RAC" TV & electric fireplace entertainment center for me.On days I've had no one else, they've been there. Always kind, funny and informative. Favorite rent-to-own place in town! 10/10 would recommend.

I paid my furniture off and I'm proud on the ferg of getting a new place and can't wait to pick out new furniture ,I have the old deal with the aarons points and good standings with not going beond my means i very satisfied with Aaron's I just hope the speaker I put a down payment on JBL party speker is still being and they help me with everything I need Thank You

Got a couch from here had it a year or less falling apart already had to have one repair and now it’s falling apart again every time I call to get it fix or replace they always have an excuse why they can’t help or tell me they’ll get back to me but never do. And there customer service on the phone is terrible they just rush to hang up. And the icing on everything is there still charging me for this broken a$$ couch. I highly recommend avoiding this place. I also found out that they stopped selling this couch because of the issues I’m having. Well if that’s the case REPLACE MY COUCH!!!

Amazing customer service and had exactly what i needed. Parking is their only real issue, need to park in walmart parking lot and walk to the front door.
