No return calls or emails or texts. Office is incredibly messy and does not return calls. She still has my hard copies and office moved so now I cannot obtain back my originals. Very unprofessional. Regretting using this lady for my taxes.

Absolute garbage company. It's been MONTHS and no calls, no emails, won't return calls or emails, have to harass them in order to get a response. Finally, taxes are done but they can't provide them. Total scam of a place. Highly do not recommend them whatsoever.

Read the other one star reviews.We try to give people the benefit of the doubt but I truly feel I’m looking out for people’s best interest since taxes are no joke.Take your business elsewhere.

I have been Having Devorah do my taxes for 5+ years. She has always handled my taxes with the utmost care.I understand she is hard to get on the phone, but if you leave a voicemail or an email I have always gotten a response.

she is the best accountant we have ever had! Everyone we have sent to her has said they got more back then ever before. She went back 5 years and got us a bundle back from things the other accountants missed or didn't know about. Yes, her office is a mess...but in her mind, she knows where its all at. Sometimes we have been kept waiting past appointment times..but if it were you in there with her wouldn't you want her to do it right even if it takes a bit longer. I do!

I would let NEVER. NEVER recommend Debra Very unprofessional. You can never talk directly to Debra. Had to go to another CPA. Got penalty because things weren't done correctly. Office was an absolute mess I wouldn't even give her a one star rating

Fiancee has been going to this lady for years, but the last year and this year have been HORRIBLE. NO communication with us as clients, deplorable customer service and straight no-showed for out appointment today. We waited for over 30 minutes. This was after her rescheduling with us multiple times, with less than a 3 hour notice! She did NOT answer our numerous phone calls, and since we live an hour away, we stayed in Vancouver for other errands. Drove by her office and saw her there about two hours later with a client! We stopped in, and she denied having any appt with us and says it was only to drop off paperwork! Blatant lies! Last year, she would not return phone calls, April 15th came and went with NO response and we found out MANY WEEKS LATER that she filed an extension with the IRS without our approval! We brought in our tax paperwork in February!!! Absolutely filthy hoarder style office, full of paperwork and files and boxes covering the floor, desk and every flat surface. Disorganized and cluttered!!! Highly recommend that you STAY FAR AWAY from this establishment. This has cost us thousands of dollars and many hours of unnecessary delays. Horrible disregard for basic human decency. We finally waited around long enough and just picked up our file and have decided to find an accountant who actually replies to messages and answers their phone, as well as properly file our paperwork in a sufficient time frame. If I could give zero stars, I would.

No frills, but saved me a ton of money. The IRS wanted over $7,000 from me for stock trades they said I did not pay taxes on! What a relief to find someone who advocated for me. Thank you Debra, I honestly don't know what I would have done without you.

I did NOT appreciate the lack of communication between the business and customer; customer service is non-existent. Because of this tax service, my family and I did not receive the full amount of federal income tax return we would've received compared to when I filed my own taxes - filing my as a dependent on my parents while my family & I verbally communicated I would be filing separate. Thank you, AB~ Tax & Accounting Services for not saving me money. Goodbye.
