I love this place. They don't always have what I need, but their customer service is second to none! They need a bigger store, but same staff.

I drove 25 minutes to this Ace hardware to return a purchase I had made at a different Ace hardware in Oregon. I was informed that the owners of this establishment have a policy of not accepting returns from other Ace hardware locations. Given the mobile nature of our community and the considerable distance from the original purchase location, it is impractical for me to return the item to its point of origin. I find this policy to be highly inconvenient and a significant customer care concern.
You should post on your website that you do not take returns from other stores this was a huge waste of my time who would have thought 🫤
And the return was under $50. I find the whole thing rude and inconvenient

Every single time that I come in here I likely look like a deer in the headlights when I walk through the door. Every single time I am approached right away by a knowledgeable employee that takes me to what I am looking for. Today it was stove pellets, and I just needed two bags. I didn't have to do anything. A very nice gentleman got a cart, went outside, brought them in for checkout, and then loaded them in my car. While he was getting the pellets I noticed a fairly decent display of cups...one of which was literally in my Amazon cart for my Dad for Christmas. I bought that too. This is a fantastic neighborhood store and always my go-to. The prices are in-line with the bigger chains too. I always receive the best customer service from this store and really appreciate all the nice guys that work there.

Has been my go-to hardware store. I will find another from now on. Helpful at first, I must have asked too many questions he couldn't answer.
By the end, he ended up rolling his eyes at me.

I love this store. You walk In and immediately someone asks you what you need and helps with everything including loading my car. I will definitely go to Ace for all my needs.

Another hardware store in Vancouver that I won’t go to. I love getting dirty looks from the staff when I walk in. Is it because I’m young and I’m automatically a bad person?

I was very impressed. This was my first time coming into the store. I got help by three different employees. I didn’t even have to go look for anybody they came to me. Thank you so much for such an awesome job.

Recycled furniture turned this old oval mirror from Brown and boring to a high gloss blue.
Stripped and painted this little desk chair after buying my supplies from ace. They were very helpful, the store was clean, organized and easy to navigate. They also have a great tchotchke section where are things are discounted and you can find unusual or unexpected items..
