This location provided the best customer service I've experienced in a long time. Tyler was extremely professional and took the time to explain all the details of the lease. He worked with me for start date in the future. I'm not sure what his salary is, but give him a raise. Great employees are hard to find.

Lots of mouse dropping in my belongings when I got them home. Ended up throwing lots of things away. It’s upsetting to pay so much money just to have it ruined by rodents. Never again.

They give me lots of patience which I really appreciate they're all very friendly and respectful which is also nice I've been with the storage since 2016 and it's 20 24 now the manager is really nice and I have hopes that this will continue to be a good relationship with this storage facility.

While filling out my information for my spot it went really good and the guy working there was so kind. They were very kind for when I was using it and mostly was my trips away from home. I had a flat tire and just a day from leaving my trip. I called them the next day and explained what happened. The lady answered the phone and was kind and understanding of my situation. I just payed for one month of being gone but I coming back again for my next trip this year. Also they live so close to me so that is a PLUS.

Tyler is friendly and courteous. He took the time to ask clarifying questions to make sure we knew how everything worked. He was also patient as this was my first time getting a storage unit and walked me through all the steps.Your company is lucky to have him working for you.
