Called 10 times over the course of 2 days. Got hung up on 8 times with no call back, and when I tried to get sales department to have the parts department call me back neither time did I receive a call back. Super easy to decision to call somewhere else for parts.

First service on my SUV, was in and out in less than an hour. Service advisor Jessica was friendly and professional. Thank you for the great service experience and I love my SUV ❤️

I found the right car here, and I love it, however it had been on their lot for 5 full months with no key to it. So I had to wait over 2 hours to get a key cut. I asked for 2, and got 1. The whole experience took over 5 hours and no lunch. I saw a lot of workers standing about, but clearly they're getting little done.

I arrived on time for my appointment for service. Was promptly greeted. Checked in. Had my service completed in 60 minutes. Very pleased.

We took our 2022 to Web Chevy in Vancouver WA on 10/07/25 to get our exhaust fixed under warranty . They called us the same day and said that they have to order parts and will take two weeks (which was crazy in itself), my husband asked if we could pick up and bring it back. They said they would prefer we leave it as it was apart. So we left it. Around 2 weeks later they called and said it was ready. We went and picked it up and noticed right away that something was not right. Our tonneau cover was open. My husband got in the back and we had quite a few things stolen from the truck bed. Our lock was unbolted on the tonneau cover. And never reinstalled, bolts from our cover was missing which means someone had to use our keys to open tailgate to get to the bolts or they left tailgate open. The key to tonneau cover was on the keys they had. We told the lady that helped us and she came out and took pictures, kept apologizing and said they have problems all the time in their lot. She said she would have Meghan (whom we were dealing with) call us on Monday (we picked up on Saturday). We didn’t get a call so my husband called later in day on Monday and let Meghan know what was going on. She said the service manager would call us. Never got a call back. Our insurance agent called and got the run around. Nobody wanted to deal with this, it was under their care and we probably had over $2,000 worth of items stolen (weren’t quite sure because we could not remember all that was in there, that is just what we did remember (and our insurance didn’t cover theft from our truck) so we are out those items. We just wanted $500 deductible from the broken Tonneau cover but could not get anybody to call us back, we were just ignored. We will never go back there for anything and advise against leaving your vehicle there overnight. Very disappointing!

Really the best car buying experience I have ever had. This place has genuinely nice people who are willing to help. Josh was an awesome sales person to work with, he listened to what I wanted and highly recommend seeing him.

Today I got a call from a toll-free number from the dealership. I call back and the representative interrupts me multiple times as I’m explaining my disinterest based on previous bad experience with one of their service department reps. After the call I think maybe this is an outside company AW has hired. I get on their website and use the chat feature, unfortunately with someone not actually at the dealership… they have further blunders. I ask for text back from someone actually at the dealership. Then I get a text from the same AI bot I had told in early September “Let Chevy know that AI shouldn't be used for customer interface. Or much for that matter.”
Update: instead of getting the text I requested, I get a call. When I asked why they were calling instead of texting, she had the audacity to say, “well I don’t see here to NOT call…”
Is this indicative about how the owner feels about customers?

My first time using this dealership for service and it was light-years better than what I got from the one in Charlotte, including the service being FAST! Jessica was so helpful and kind, I will be requesting her as my service advisor at every opportunity!

Ran 2 hard inquiries. No way did we ever ask for a loan from Chase bank. This has negatively impacted our credit. 7 months later, they have not resolved this issue. They are incredibly incompetent. The new suburban RST we purchased is registered at Chevrolet in the salesman’s name “Bob”. They have refused to correct the damage to our credit report and offered us a tank of gas. I implored them not to screw up this transaction. They could not even document our trade in’s VIN correctly. This resulted in multiple visit, disparaging text messages from the salesman complaining how bad we hurt him and endless frustration. Be very cautious when dealing with these people. After all, they are just car salesmen.

Jessica has the best customer service ever. Every time I showed up she has been available and has met all of my needs. I really do appreciate Alan webb. Bob's pretty cool too. LOL
