I just had best car buying experience I've ever had, if I could give 10 gold stars I would. John Wheeler made this car buying experience so wonderful and enjoyable all the way around. He listened to what features we wanted, what price point we needed and he made it happen. He went above and beyond to not only locate the exact car we wanted, but sent a team out to get it and have it there for us that day. There was not the usual back and forth on negotiating the price, he got the price where we needed it almost immediately. John is genuine, upfront and honest, he is definitely a diamond in the ruff in car sales. I will be recommending him to all my family, friends and co-workers. It wasn't about making a sell, it was about us getting the car we wanted and as close to the price as we wanted. John is truly great and fun to work with and provided exceptional customer service and satisfaction. GREAT JOB JOHN YOU ROCK

My family bought a 2019 mazda cx9, was told it had gone through their service center and had a thorough inspection. Within a few weeks many warning lights started coming on. When I asked about whether they could cover the cost of the diagnoses and work; they went silent. This started with braking system lights and then became check engine lights. I had to replace the almost 4 year old battery to get it to start and the brake pads are clearly end of life, which makes me wonder what they inspected before selling? I have left voicemails and messages with their service center and have heard nothing. The salesman, Dane, was awesome and the finance manager was very professional; but I am bummed about this purchase. It took them a very long time to submit the DMV paperwork and had to call to have them send another trip permit two months after the purchase. I hate leaving bad reviews but not sure what else to do.

My wife and I purchased our 2015 Mazda CX5 from Alan Webb Mazda on 12/1/2025. We were highly pleased with the professional help we got from John Wheeler as our car salesman. We weren't pressured to purchase or any add ons that we didn't need. We strongly recommend buying your next vehicle from Alan Webb Mazda. Thanks again for all you help John.

Been with this company almost 3 years. Have made so many awesome friends and have made tons of memories. The Mazda sales team has helped me get my dream car. The Turbo AWD Mazda3 premium plus. The first misstep with this dealership was when my Fiance had her CX3 in for warranty work, she had a loaner. Because of their mistake, they tracked to her work meeting and accused her of stealing their loaner vehicle in front of all of her coworkers. Giving them another chance, they damaged the wheel on my brand new CX50 and weren't going to say anything or repair it until I pointed out that I had the technician hitting the curb on dashcam in the vehicle. The only saving grace for this company was Deitrik Blue who no longer works there. He was the only individual who gave any semblance of customer service. Today was the last straw. My fiance needed an oil change in July. They said they couldn't get us in until today. Now they want to charge her because her lifetime lube expired last month! No customer service, they dont care about you or your car. They only want your money.

Eden Mederos, in the service department,went above and beyond to make our service experience a 5 🌟. On her own initiative, Eden came in early on a Monday to assure we had a loaner vehicle available. She took great care of us with a smile on her face and a great attitude. Thank you so much, Eden!

I’d give them a zero if I could. Take your car to Ron Tonkin Mazda for maintenance. Eden the manager put me on the road only for my braking system to fail. My car has been with Ron Tonkin for quite some time but they took the braking issues so seriously and have found the issues Vancouver missed. Avoid this place , they will treat you like trash and ignore your concerns and clearly have inexperienced techs. Thank god for Ron Tonkin! Life long customer but for a Honda next time!!

Michael thank you so much for all the help you were! When purchasing my new tires and making an appointment through the app and it not connecting properly. You went far and beyond with your team to help ensure that you put tires on my car not only for my safety but for my family's safety. I had a huge nail in my tire that I believe had poked a hole in the sidewall. Well I drive for a living. When making an appointment 2 weeks out to get the tires put on, That's a bit scary. But you immediately called me back with amazing news and told me to come in the very next day and you guys will put my tires on and give me a service. I just couldn't believe what I was hearing. I felt an instant calm feeling. Thank you so much for the amazing service and best customer service I have ever had with a car dealership in my life. I truly appreciate you guys and recommend you to everyone I know.

I want to give a huge shout out to Marco Garcia at Alan Webb Mazda. He truly is the best and when I say he goes above and beyond I truly mean it, not only did he work his butt off to get me the deal I wanted he called me the day after I took my car home just to check in and see if I needed anything and how the car was ,he also was going to bring my plates to my new CX90 to my house as I had a death in the family and had to go back to Canada but I didn't want to inconvenience him so he had them sent to my home. I recommend working with Marco he is truly a great guy and doesn't just sell you a car and that's it he checks in and works for his clients I've never had the above and beyond service like I received from Marco he will get my business from now on. Thank you again Marco you truly are the best. 😊💯

Their service department is hurting desperately and has zero accountability or follow through. We have used Alan Webb for the past 5 years and gotten 3 cars from them all while using the dealership for service. It has been a generally good experience until this week. I have called 3 times and left 2 voicemails and am still waiting for a call back a week later. My husband called twice and got no definitive answers from a service person with the promise of a call back in 30 minutes, still waiting 5 days later. My 1.5 year old car’s AC broke (electrical/hybrid issue) less than 2 weeks after being at this dealership for hybrid recalls. The soonest I could get it in for service through the online portal was 4 weeks out in July/August.
UPDATE: No one has returned any calls despite the online reply that they would look into this. I went to a different dealership who returned my call in 45 minutes and got my car in next day.
