Took my car in to have them reset the tire pressure monitor system and they told me they wouldn't do it unless I paid them 180 dollars to run diagnostic on it first. We explained to them that it was only on because we got new tires at les Schwab and they said they can't reset the tpms on any Mitsubishi. Yet the dealership still refused to reset it unless we paid them the 180 dollars for diagnostics first. After we refused to pay for the diagnostics the lady said "go have les Schwab reset it then" highly recommend going somewhere else so you don't get scammed out of money and have to deal with rude employees.

I have had before good time going there, they say third time a charm, not always so, My third time yeah, started very good, but then like it got tense as push to sell, getting infor saying not going to pull credit just get you in system about you so it soft, well like a good Chef who cooks good your satisfied, then get one not so good the food looks great but underneath its burnt some, so saying all started good writing up about the car so I could take to where I am already fully approved, come to find out they done hard inquiry changed so info about car on paper less miles then car showed, yet more cost less on tax fees licence tags then first paper we wrote up I asked for copy of but got different one not the same nothing writen wanted to do trade to vribg car price to $24,000, then give $5,000 more down I get this I cant take more the$1,300 to keep it at 72 mos more goes to 96 mo. Whoa! Wait, he had been putting all not as estiment of all but doing mo thing I said No Not doing credit financing here I am approved else where already from other car just like to trade and add some No can do, really 2018 trade for 2021 with added money No deal then plus changing statistics some.The business is great, just sometimes everywhere you find a badly bruised Apple (worker) asking for trust ,honesty not getting its a shame today.

I have been car shopping for several months and have been in and out of dealerships across Portland/Vancouver. I am writing this review to call out one salesperson who has stood out above all of the others: John Mann (Alan Webb Mitsubishi).My interactions with John have been a breath of fresh air. He is, by far, the most pleasant, genuine and helpful car sales rep with whom I have worked. John took the time (during multiple conversations) to patiently answer all of my questions and explain the intricacies of the PHEV/Hybrid technologies. Not once have I felt prodded or pressured by John. If I could, I would clone him for all dealerships of the world.I highly recommend working with John Mann on your next car purchase.

Courtesy is all it takes to make a good impression by a salesman person - Henry. He told me on call they have a couple of outlanders phevs coming to their lot and I requested for a test drive, gave him a time, he agreed. We drove over an hour to come there only to know that the vehicle has been sold off. This sales person knew that someone is coming at a time for a test drive but didn't have a basic courtesy to inform me with a "CALLED" that the vehicle has been sold off and we won't be Able to offer you a test drive. We would have simply turned around and saved time and gas to reach your dealership. It's absolutely fine that a car got solved prior to our arrival. Also he said that we couple of them available whereas the Manger mentioned that all that came were prebooked!! In a way they are employing a senseless salesman who has no idea what he is talking about!!

When I call to schedule service, the scheduler is unable to tell me what I am due for. The tech found that my battery needed to be replaced, the advisor told me it would be $40 to install. It was $80. This is the second time I have gone to Nissan, and both times haven’t been great. Although this time was better than last. Please bring back Mitsubishi service!

Mike and the guys at the Alan Webb Mitsubishi are AWESOME. I'd give ten stars if I could. My car had broken down and I was terrified of the car buying process. These guys helped me with financing, got me into a car that was the perfect fit for me and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this company!

Apparently nobody works here. Been calling Service department for a week now. Left a voice mail and nobody calls back. Nobody picks up in Parts or Sales either. Guess they don't want my business.

First let me say that my SUV was there for 2 1/2 months, they had a problem with getting the part (stuck on a cargo ship I'm sure), this was not their fault, however very stressful as this is my only vehicle. It was frustrating that I had to call after three weeks of not hearing anything to find out that the part was still more than a month+ out. Once my part arrived Brandi stayed in constant contact with me and was so kind. They really helped me out with the cost of parts, as they did find another issue that was not covered by warranty. It was an early Christmas to finally get my car back! Brandi was great to work with and I appreciate everything that she and her co-workers did to get my car up and running and their effort to keep the cost more reasonable. I will say that I hope that I will not be seeing them again anytime soon! :)
