Was in the market for a new truck and as most people know, the car buying experience can be exhausting and feel pressured to buy. Not with Allen Webb Nissan. This had to be the most pleasant and stress free car purchase. Husband and I went in on a whim to take a look at a truck later in the evening. Walking in and immediately greeted by a sales representative named Tiago. He was very laid back and informative. He listened to our wants in a truck, and walked us through some options. The test drive me great. Since it was late we told him we would be back to buy that weekend, 2 days later we came back and made the purchase. Over all the experience and customer service was unmatched! Our sales representative went above and beyond and would give him 10/10 stars if we could! Thank you Allen Webb for such good service and no hassle, no BS during the car buying process!

Hands down !!!! ask for Tony or Joe was helpful! These two made our purchasing so smooth! Of course the closing assistance with “Sam” ( his style was unique). Also can’t leave out Travis in Finance! We had been to several Dealerships and I can say by far Alan Webb Nissan in Vanc knows their products and how to provide Superior service ! Above and beyond Tony gave excellent customer service. Not pushy or aggressive. Look no further if you want a smooth stressful free experience! And a reliable..beautiful vehicle!
PS ..this is my 8th vehicle purchased from Dealerships.

No pressures from sales - all this was on my own and was ready to purchase - (Tony) was an awesome sales person and was very knowledgeable on the Pathfinder Rockcreek- The general sales manager (Sergio) answered all iffy question and helped me to transitioned to the Pathfinder with ease - this is a great team to work with

I had an incredible experience working with Tony King at Alan Webb Nissan. From the moment I arrived, he was patient, honest, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right car. My credit situation wasn’t the best, but Tony worked SO hard behind the scenes to get me approved.
He explained everything clearly, didn’t pressure me, and made sure I left with a car that truly fit my needs and budget. I’m beyond grateful for how much effort he put in.

Just purchased a 2025 Marano had the best customer service from Jason and Jessie! I would not hesitate sending all my family and friends to these two. I felt like they looked after my best interest and no pressure just answered my questions and helped me get the best deal!

Moved from Puyallup to Vancouver. Needed an oil change on my Altima. Took it here to Alan Webb Nissan. The lady at the desk was kind. Service was completed in a reasonable time. I give 3 stars because Puyallup would wash and vacuum my car when I took it in and rotated my tires with my oil change. In Vancouver I was charged $29.99 to rotate my tires, my car smells very strong of oil and nothing was vacuumed or washed. The experience didnt make me want to go back nor purchase my next vehicle from them.

I had a really good experience here. They were not pushy and worked hard to make sure I was able to get the vehicle I wanted. My salesperson was knowledgeable about the car and helpful. I got what my trade in was worth with no shady push back like some dealerships will do. I did have an issue where the battery needed replaced but I called the next day and the sales manager and service made sure it was taken care of right away. They were great about the whole thing. I would continue to buy vehicles from here in the future. My salesperson was Jesse and sales manager was Sam.
