The pharmacists at this location have bent over backwards to accommodate me many times over the years. In the process they have saved me money and have protected me from drug interactions. They have gone out of their way to locate prescription medication on those rare times I needed them before they could get them in.I appreciate all they do!

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Does not answer phone calls. Went into pharmacy 3x and got promises of getting prescriptions transferred to a new pharmacy. Never happened, even after they promised other pharmacist they would. After more than 1 month, we had to go to doctor and have them write new prescriptions.

Had an unfortunate experience with vaccines. Rushed to my appointment, waited in line to check for 20 mins only to be told I’d then have to wait an hour for my vaccines because their location only has one employee after 5pm. This doesn’t make sense to offer appointments past 5pm if they can’t staff them. No signage or anything in the store. The pharmacist essentially told me now you know and said I should make an appointment elsewhere that has better staffing.

Told they are short staffed. When it takes the one tech over a half hour to move one customer through the line, no amount of staff will help.

My prescription was filled to my satisfaction after being transferred from another pharmacy. My only negative comment would be the cashier didn't even grunt when I said good morning. So much for service with a smile. Maybe most people don't care but common courtesy is something I expect during such transactions.

They are so short staffed that they shutdown for the day. When they are short staffed, they don't bother to pick up the phone either to let anyone know this. Thanks. ? Just went in to get my prescription that I've been trying to get for over a week! Still cannot fill it even though the Pharmacist I spoke to a few days ago said that it could be filled with Insurance covering it on Saturday or Sunday. After calling all week with no answer, I've had to drive to this location on THREE separate occasions because they don't answer the phone just to find out that they STILL cannot fill my prescription! Making me wait until later in the week when I've already waited a week! I am literally in tears and just about every time I walk out WITHOUT my prescription I leave in tears, just like I left today. So I have given up. This is a medication I need but who knows when I'm gonna get it. Maybe in 56,000 years?????

They are incredibly polite, helpful, and pleasant to work with. They listen well, and go out of their way to communicate with you!!

Rude service. I went to go pick up my prescription, there was guy in front of me already being helped, the lights were dimmed but since she was helping the guy and the store was under construction, I didn’t think much of it. I’m standing in line for maybe a minute or two and as the pharmacist is helping the guys, she looks at me and says something along the lines of “Can you come back later? Our lunch starts at 1:30 pm everyday and I’m already 5 minutes late to take it. You can come back at 2:10.” With the biggest attitude I’ve ever experienced from this pharmacy and the rudest look on her face. I said “okay” and walked away, and then she goes “thanks” with more attitude while rolling her eyes. I wanted to turn around and say “How am I suppose to know when you take your lunch break? And you should be nicer to your customers, i understand your supposed to be on your lunch break, but I wasn’t the one who was keeping you from going on it.” Im not complaining because she didn’t help me or being she was supposed to be on her lunch. Im complaining simply for the fact that she was just simply rude despite that all I had done was walk up to the counter. Do better Savon, and maybe, if you expect your customers to know when you take your lunch everyday, put up a sign and stop being a**holes to your customers.

I'm not the usual type to go out of my way to pop in a review, but I need to share my experience to ensure this doesn't happen to someone else. When I lived in the Salmon Creek area the past 5 years this was my family's go-to pharmacy and grocery store. The two previous pharmacists who were at the Pharmacy were wonderful and we always had amazing service. Since then, we have moved into the interior of Vancouver but continued to get our prescriptions filled there. (because of the amazing/personable service we got there previously)Without going into it too much, I've been on this self-journey of my mental health the past several years. Working with my Psychiatrist and therapist, we've explored issues with anxiety, depression to adhd as an adult. I've even went through a comprehensive assessment of neurocognitive function with a local Psychologist to really pin-point what's going on.Let's get into my experience today with a Pharmacist named Jeff S who was on shift on 9/20/21 2pm. After being put on hold for quite a long time to check the status of my prescription (shortly after my appointment with my doctor) I traveled over to the SaveOn Pharmacy in the early afternoon since I would be in the area doing other errands on my day off. I walk up to the counter, I give my birthday to Jeff to verify. He then explains to me my prescription would not be filled because he needed prior-authorization from my doctor relating to billing with insurance. Doesn’t give me the option to even pay for out of pocket. Not knowing anything about Pharmacy etiquette, I think nothing of it and walk back to my car. Fortunately, my wife who’s a Pharmacist herself disagreed with Jeff not giving me the option to even pay for my prescription out of pocket and walked into the store to have it filled.Jeff was super swamped one-manning the pharmacy while trying to balance flu shot and covid shots. He had told us he would do his best to fill it within the next hour or so. Not a problem. We get a text an hour later (it’s now 2pm) and I go back in to pay and pick up my prescription. This is when it gets really strange. I give Jeff my birthdate and ID to verify. He immediately stated that it was very “uncommon” (in his words) for an adult like me (I’m 35) to be prescribed Adderall. He then continued stating that I was being misdiagnosed by my doctor(s) and I needed to closely follow up with them about my treatment. He made it loud and clear that he was not happy about filling my prescription. I literally had to explain to him my whole mental health journey in front of other customers to justify why I was getting prescribed my prescription. Apparently Jeff S is an expert more qualified than my Psychiatrist and Psychologist who have been assisting me with this diagnosis. After this very unnecessary interaction, I paid my prescription and left.I cannot believe I was treated with such prejudice and abrasiveness from simply trying to get my prescription filled. There’s already such a huge stigma relating to mental health-especially adult ADHD. Jeff made me feel like I was doing something criminal. I don’t know if this was because I was the only Asian-American in the entire Albertson’s at the time, or he was having a hard day and wanted to take it out on someone. Either way, this didn’t need to happen and Jeff needs to be educated about Pharmacy laws/practices and professionalism with customers.I hope this review will be taken seriously by the correct people and education can happen so this same situation doesn’t happen to the next person.

They are so friendly and kind, they always have my prescriptions ready very quickly. If I am dropping one off I have never waited longer then 20 mins. I just take care of a little shopping and before I know it they are done. I have had several different pharmacys in the past and not one of them compares. This is the longest I have been a customer at one. I can't say enough about how great their service is!! Thank you!

I'm not sure what the problem is with people's ratings but I found these people. To have their act together. I was walk-in for an immunization and I was done in less than 5 minutes. The pharmacist took time to answer some questions about other things and I was on my way. I'm seriously thinking about moving my prescriptions to this Pharmacy

I love the pharmacist!! They are doing their best during this pandemic to fill orders and provide vaccines all on their own. Please be patient because they are super short staffed and trying thier best
