I recently left a lower review, but some things have changed for me. I still go to this location because it is close to me, both for snacks and gas. Usually (in the past) it is a quick exchange and it’s satisfactory. While other times it is not. I frequently use my app and code to scan for either cheaper items or free items (there are lots of deals). Though sometimes it doesn’t work or you have to scan again. While one employee who i have came to a few times (a bald hispanic man with a mustache) who is really understanding every time! he usually says “oh it happens” and tries it again and it always ends up working. Just gotta re ring it up or re scan, which I am okay waiting for because it makes the interactions MAX 2 minutes longer. While on the other hand another employee (a shorter and skinnier mexican man with hair) is not so patient. both me and my sister have have been denied getting discounted or free things because “Doesn’t work, you have to pay for this (points at it)” and does no further help. This is agitating sometimes. It can often be quite rude, and i’ll even show that the app says i have a free thing to offer, but he (more times than not) just says it doesn’t work. This is the same employee who in most of the other negative comments, is the one with a temper, or is being rude to a customer. There has been a few times i’ve seen him yelling at customers and people getting gas. I used to really like this employee during the summer and my interactions were quick and easy with him, but now he has became overly i’m sore it and increasingly angry. Other than that this place is nice, always stocked up on drinks and slushies, as well as pastries and hot food :) The manager (i believe he wears a different uniform) is really nice and is greeting customers when he is in.

I went to get gas. I threw away a few small items from my car. The gas station attendant came out and harassed me about throwing away trash in the garbage cans they provide for trash. I was then told if I didn’t take the garbage out of the trash can I would be banned from getting gas. I will NEVER recommend anyone go here ever.

No complaints about this location, but more in general - Why don't large companies ever give you the phone # to the actual location anymore???! We left our gas cap here yesterday and I just wanted to call to see if they still had it but it seems like most companies don't allow you to call the location and instead, force you to spend a half hour on the corporate call line, getting the run around, probably dropping the call, and most likely, never actually getting the information you need. So frustrating.... Just provide the phone # to the location and save the corporation money by reducing call center staffing while also improving customer satisfaction.
