My car broke down on freeway I call this company for help she’s said the tow truck will be there in 20-25 minutes, been waiting for almost 1 and half hour my phone died I can’t make any call to check if is still coming nobody show up, luckily one of my family saw my on freeway and he able to call other company then arrived in 5minutes, but the only thing I call this company I google Tow near me this is the only company near where I am which is 8 minutes, I came home and charge my phone and have lunch with family and my phone ring she just called and she said I just had a driver cleared from that police accident that is 2 an half hoursThis is bad service and I’m not recommended this company Period

They are arrogant and disrespectful to people coming in to find their vehicle that had most times been illegally towed. I would NEVER use them for this reason alone!

This place is violating state law and has straight up stolen my vehicle and refuses to give it back or even let me get my stuff out of my vehicle. According to state law they can't tow a vehicle till it's been on a property for 24hrs and said property has clearly posted signs stating the name address and phone number of the towing company. My car broke down at night so I parked it in a designated parking spot at a mobile gas station. There was no towing signs whatsoever. I came back in the morning and my car was gone. I had no idea where it went or who took it. According to witnesses less than an hour after I left this company showed up and took my car. Apparently they do this every time a car is parked there at night. I called the company and they said I had to pay $250 for them towing the car plus $66 a day for storage and I couldn't even get my stuff out of it. I have 2 very small children so there are 2 car seats and children's toys in there. This is also illegal because according to state law a person has 20 days to retrieve any personal items from the car before they can charge a dime for it. This place is breaking the law and according to witnesses it's not the first time. I will be taking necessary legal action against them and recommend anyone else who's experienced this to do the same.

I parked where I always park when visiting a dear friend in Vancouver. Except this time, the next morning, there happened to be a parade where I was parked. Anytime Towing was more than happy to charge me $426 bucks to release my vehicle from their car jail. I also waited for 45 minutes in front of their office because I was told someone would have to go there special and meet me there, being a Sunday. When I called the 2nd time, the lady said she had been there the whole time, even saw me drive up. Their office is marked with a different company sign.. (Triple J Towing; All are part of the same scam operation.) They really know how to rub your nose in it as they are screwing you. Super rude.

Car was towed for having expired tags (obviously my fault), as I was at the licensing office purchasing new tags. When I got got my car back after 2 hours, they charged $200 for "storage". Upon getting my car back, I noticed they damaged one of my front tires and now thats going to cost me over $400 to fix!

Our vehicle was stolen. Apparently the vehicle was found on a Sunday but we did not receive the letter until Friday evening. By the time I called, they were closed. They only open Monday to Friday from 8AM to 5PM (because normal people don’t work) and if you want to pick it up after hours someone can meet you but it will cost you about 96 dollars on top of the fees. We paid a total of $667.75 to get the vehicle back. We asked if we could get some type of discount and they said no, that it was state regulated. Please do not give your money to a place that is robbing customers. So sad to get your vehicle stolen, towed and then get charged an arm and a leg.Service: Car towing
