I purchased a Speed Queen washer and dryer from the Appliance Clinic little over 5 years ago. They have a full seven year warranty. I called and scheduled service. Hunter was on time and very professional. Found the problem and returned next day to complete the repair. No questions about the warranty and repair was no charge to me.Two weeks later I got an error code on my Bosch dishwasher. I was relieved to find out that they service Bosch.Scheduled service and they called to ask if they could come out a day early. Awesome, no more hand washing.Kyler found the problem and made the repair. Great Service Tech. The cost was less than expected. Great Company!!!

After a bit of research on our Kenmore Series 90 washer, it was evident that the agitator dogs needed replacement. While trying to source local parts, we were referred to Appliance Clinic by a big box store (thanks!). A quick call to inquire and provide the whirlpool part # and we had the dogs ready for us at the counter to pick up. Staff was super helpful over the phone and in store. The repair is complete with the new parts installed and gladly so -- the old dogs were completely disintegrated! Now the agitator action is good as new and the washer remains in use, 25+ years on ...

November 30, 2023, around 4:30 pm, my daughter, and SIL, at my recommendation, went to AC to purchase a washer and dryer. They were the only customers in the store. After choosing their items, they were treated so rudely by the woman working there, they left, and went straight to Lowe's. They got a way better deal, and didn't have to deal with a judgmental lazy, employee of Appliance Clinic. I would love to speak to management over this experience.

In March of this year, I purchased a replacement part for the temp dial for my Samsung oven. $75 was the original cost. I was told it was under warranty. When it broke again, I called Appliance Clinic and they said I had called in the "nick of time" before the warranty expired. She said she would reorder it and call me when it came in. She warned me it could take a while if it was backorder. I waited for a call. Finally, after.not hearing from them, I called and was told the was sent back because I hadn't picked it up. And now the warranty had expired and I will need to pay another.$75 to get the replacement part. Thanks for nothing, Appliance Clinic!

Beware of undisclosed charges! I just received a $125 invoice for a service visit. Appliance Clinic failed to disclose that there would be a charge. Not the office who scheduled the appointment. Not the tech who came to the house. We purchased a new microwave which included a $195 delivery and install charge included on 8/1/23. That initial fee was disclosed. The new microwave was installed on 8/8/23. It worked for only one week before we experienced sparks, electrical burning smells and what sounded like a bomb going off on 8/15/23. This was in the first 5-10 uses of the new unit. We called Appliance Clinic right away and requested a tech come inspect it. They came out on 8/18/23. We didn't use it between the malfunction and the tech visit. During his visit, he inspected the unit to diagnose the issue. He was unable to identify an issue or recreate the alarming malfunction that we had experienced 3-days earlier. He left us with a statement showing no bill and a "0" for in the labor column. Paying a fee for his inspection was never mentioned by anyone on multiple calls with the office or his visit. Today we receive a bill for $125. The office manager Stacie says that is how warranties work and someone who purchases an appliance should know that there will be a service fee if the issue cannot be recreated during the visit. I disagree. I think the appliance company should disclose how they will be billing clients and take responsibility for the unit they sold us & installed malfunctioning in the first week. Offering to have a tech inspect and confirm it was installed correctly at no charge seems completely reasonable and was my expectation. The invoice in the mail was the first mention of a site visit fee. Not a good look. Take your business elsewhere.Services: Household appliance installation

Unfortunately, I was sold a part that didn't solve my refrigerator ice maker problem. I realized it when I got home. Never installed it. I went to return it but they wouldn't take it back because it was an "electrical component". A bit more technical help at the counter may have avoided the situation. Bye Bye $95.Service: Refrigerator/freezer repair

Just fantastic. We purchased our washer and dryer from here in 2018. I recently needed a part for my refrigerator. I came to them and it was a great experience. Super friendly and helpful. Part arrived the next day. Thank you, it was a great experience.

I had an issue with my dryer. I thought it was a fuse. I called Appliance Clinic and they told me to bring in the heating element housing. They tested each part and told me that it wasn't the fuse like I had thought, and it was actually the element. After a YouTube video, my dryer is now up and running again, for less than half of what it would have cost to have someone else do the repair. These guys are really knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely be back.

I had a downdraft stove installed in an island that had to be replaced. The new one was a little too large for the available space and required a lot of work to make it fit. Steve did a wonderful job and corrected all the mistakes that were made in the installation of old stove 20 years ago (by another company). Everything looks and works great. I will never go anywhere else for service!

I would like to compliment the service person, Steve, I think. He was able to solve our Kitchenaid dishwasher problem as nobody else could! He is very knowledgeable about all appliances and explained our microwave and Whirlpool washer and dryer to us.
