100 perfect service by Apple at AMPM today. I went in to use the restroom quickly and then come out and fill up at the pump and it was very nice to go into a clean restroom stocked with toilet paper paper towels and also a baby changing station in the men's restroom

Would rate a 0 if I could. It is against food safety regulations for your staff to open my bag, of bagged pastries. I do security for a living, and if you are going to have your staff play a part like they are “securing” the count of my danishes I was honest about, then have them wear gloves. Or hire security for theft. Plain and simple, I come in here all the time. The next person to do what your 2 millennials did, I will be dumping the crap on the counter. Like fr. Unrolling my bag and putting your nasty hands inside? No. I’ll be reporting you guys for this second wnvounter now. Lol

Would give 0 stars if I could, your 5 am clerk was the rudest gas station worker I've encountered in 27 years, blonde hair and has the attitude of a honey badger. Employees there probably know who I'm talking about too which is sad. I was so confused on what the issue was but it doubled down on being rude.

I've had my card skimmed here twice, but I imagine that's pretty common in an area this thick with bums, scumbags and lowlives. I'd strongly recommend paying inside. Staff have always been great, and the prices seem fair.

The pumps at this Arco are absolutely horrendous. I am not exagerating when I say everytime I get gas I have to go through the card prompts twice in order for the pump start pumping gas. The staff are great though, no fault on them but please fix the pumps.

The manager Alex was absolutely horrible to me without any provocation. I asked to use the bathroom before I planned on making my purchase, I wasn't in the bathroom even 20 min before she was aggressively knocking and telling me to hurry up as well as threatening to call the police on me. I don't even understand what I did wrong. I would like to review the camera footage as well as further this report to corporate. This kind of behavior is completely uncalled for. I also plan on talking to a lawyer in the morning for potential lawsuit against ampm for this type of abuse. Current time is 4:30 am. Time of occurrence was approximately between 4am and 4:25am on December 5 2023.
