We took our toddler here to get a treat on a nice summer day. He went to grab an apple as he’s literally vision impaired and didn’t have his glasses on, when the clerk on duty snapped at us and told us that we needed to watch our child because if he put his mouth on the apple, he couldn’t sell it.
Two things - If my child put his mouth on anything at the store, we’d buy it, just as most parents would. We’re not trashy, disrespectful parents, and even though this *is* an Arco, this store is in a decent neighborhood, so I think most parents would do the same. Secondly, I don’t think that people flock to this Arco for produce. Based on the age of most of their produce items, they probably get tossed at some point, so the idea that the clerk would be so concerned over a $1 item that probably gets thrown away anyway… It’s silly.
Anyway, we’ll stick to Goody’s from here on out. Their cashiers are great, and we’ve never had a negative interaction.

Denise is hands down the rudest employee at this location.As someone who frequents this location because it is right around the corner from my home, I can deal with the astronomically high gas prices, because I like a very select few items you carry. Otherwise, I'm truly surprised that you're still open as this location feels like a drug den.
Take some pride in your store, and the people who work there. They're clearly unhappy and need their jobs.

Hey, I never really bothered with arco, I had a job there as a teenager and to put it bluntly.. we sold crappy gasoline.. it wasn't very good for the engine.. things have really changed, I feel. I use premium in my rig and it loves it. Not to mention that the prices are usually quite better than the competition. Also, the staff in the ampm inside are great. All of the staff including the owner have impressed me greatly with the level of customer service and personable demeanor.. thank you all for the excellent service and keep it up!

The worst place ever I had been going to arco every single morning 430 am on the dot I buy a 24oz cup of coffee ice tea and cigars I have been going here for 8 years the staff is amazing always friendly and even on the holidays Denise always has a Treat for my 7 year old son the manager lady there who I have spoke to several times seamed pleasant but she treats her employees and some of her best customers like garbage I always have the clerk behind the counter feel my cigars when picking them out for me I like them soft when they are really hard they are rolled to tight and they don’t smoke I’ve been doing this for 8 years and all of a sudden out of know where miss oh I’m the manager the boss decides she doesn’t want them to do that for me which is terrible customer service I don’t want to spend my money on product that is old or bad and she decided at 430 am one morning she was going to yell at me in front of a few of her patrons she is definitely on a power trip, which is really funny because she’s a manager of a convenient store seriously it’s not like you’re working on Wall Street or you have some high profile job your literally on the same level as the fast goix industry l.so when she was finished yelling at me, I simply said do you treat all your loyal customers like this or just me and she told me never to come in the store ever again so I now reside at Chevron every single morning where the coffee is great, and the service is impeccableI will never ever ever go back to that store again. I just miss the employees that work there that treated me so well too bad that the managers on such power trip that she can’t even give good customer service to loyal customer.

BUSY Gas Station. Open 24x7. Prices are OK, don't buy groceries here. The spicy chicken waffles are fabulous!
