Everything is out of order. Unfortunately, you have to have bathrooms and your rewards systems up if you want repeat customers. That’s just part of business as a gas station now.

Persistent gas spills on pump number 11 at Arco 13608 NE Fourth Plain Blvd, Vancouver, WA 98682 . The reason is that the pump will not shut off when tank is full it will spill over. The staff knows about the issue because they always have cat litter on the ground around the pump. It has had this issue for over 6 months but they still have not replaced the hose/nozzle.. It is pump number 11 if action is not taken soon I will report to government or local fire station it needs to be fixed.

Apparently Ive been getting ripped off all week. Pricing on 2 for $ and 3 for $ not honored. This store has been ripping people off for who knows how long. I brought up multiple signs to the cashier and all I was told was "the pricing is not in the system". He told me to put the signs back and I refused. I understand that sometimes mistakes are made but you should honor the mistake and take the signs down. This though seems to be more predatory.

Went inside for gas on my card and noticed there is an additional charge for $9.99 charged along with what I paid for gas and I went back to see if the employee could look up the transaction to see what was charged for and they said because she had already left that wasn’t possible but that they could write down my information and possibly give it to a manager so I will most likely have to call my bank and cancel my card
Update over a month later…owner never contacted me despite leaving contact info and employee who is stealing is still working there. Had to go through my bank

Don't go here!! They have scams on their prices I got charged $3.30 on an Arizona green tea when the price said $1.79 the owner is very untruthful and just shrugged it off

Soda dispenser Nozzles haven't been cleaned and have Black Mold visibly in direct contact with Customers Fountain Drinks.
Would someone please use a Mop an clean your store please.

I was in this afternoon and I paid 15$ and before I could get out to the parking lot someone else had pumped my gas and left I immediately told the attendant who absolutely wreaked like marijuana like he had just been smoking he looked right at me and said not my problem this place is a joke it seems like many other people have had the same experience do not get gas here it's not the first time it's happened and it won't be the last I think the employees are in on it I feel it is important I call this employee out by name his name was Erik
