Don’t do it . Go to a different location. The manager is an absolute jerk! He lied about giving me home internet . We went to salmon creek location and he resolved everything!

Noel at this location is a snake in the grass, nothing but lies from the start. My bill was sky rocketed from $110.00 to almost $400, after going in and talking with him still the run around. Multiple talks later the bill is not where it was quoted.
At this point I will go with another cell phone provider that has integrity in the day to day business with customers and not robbing customers from their hard earned money.
I would strongly recommend if you are looking for cell phone service avoid working with him.

This has always been my home store. I really appreciate the customer service. I had to replace my phone suddenly and Yaro helped me. He had the right phone in stock, offered the right accessories and had great customer service. I always get good service at this store and they had exactly what I needed in stock. I appreciate them!

I recently visited the AT&T store in Hazel Dell and had an absolutely fantastic experience, thanks to Noel, who went above and beyond to make sure I left the store completely satisfied. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to assist me. Noel took the time to listen to my needs, patiently answering all my questions and offering tailored recommendations that made me feel confident in my decisions.
What really stood out was the incredible promotion I was able to take advantage of—honestly, it was one of the best deals I’ve come across in a long time, and Noel explained every detail clearly, ensuring I understood exactly what I was getting and how it would benefit me. There were no hidden catches or confusing fine print, just straightforward value that left me thrilled. It’s rare to find someone who can break down complicated plans and pricing in such an approachable way, but Noel nailed it.
The customer service was top-notch—not only was Noel knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and professional throughout the entire process. He didn’t rush me, even though the store was busy, and made sure I felt like a priority. I could tell he genuinely cared about making sure I had the best experience possible. It’s clear that AT&T has a gem in Noel—he’s the kind of representative who turns a routine visit into something memorable for all the right reasons.
I walked out of the store feeling excited about my new plan, grateful for the savings from the promotion, and impressed by the level of service I received. If you’re looking for a hassle-free experience with staff who truly care, I can’t recommend this AT&T location enough—especially if you’re lucky enough to work with Noel. Five stars all the way!

I hate ATT but this location has caused me more problems than good. I've been wrestling them for 3-6 months over a mistake that was made by the now manager Noel, just to get my calls and texts forwarded when they find out its me.

I was one of those customers that came in 30 minutes before closing and David was so very kind and took the time to help me upgrade my old Samsung phone and switch to a new plan. He explained everything thoroughly and was incredibly nice and knowledgeable. I didn’t get a single vibe that he was annoyed or ready to go home (even if that’s what most retail people feel like “Thurston location”) so that was comforting for me. I would 100% recommend coming here!

I went in to check prices and availability, and did nothing. The next day my service was hijacked by AT&T! Then I received a bill for over $1300. I have called at least a dozen times, and usually spend 45 minutes to an hour starting all over again with my story. Their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I've reported to the Fraud and Theft of Identity departments, but I just keep getting billed. What do I have to do to get this made right????? I am going to report this to the appropriate authorities if it doesn't get resolved within a week. This is since October I've been going through this!

Bad customer service, added all kinds of fees, change all 3 of my lines, without explains nothing to me, quoted me a price to add a line, that would have cost 150 More a month, not the 35 dollars it’s was suppose to cost. been on phone with att t for over a hour trying to fix. Report being made on this store. Beware of unwanted added fees that this employee added. Unbelievable what he did.
