Dominic the store manager was so patient and knowledgeable while helping me with a billing issue. I was upset and he was able to thoroughly explain all the line items in my bill in a way I could understand. I really appreciate him and the other associate for being so good at their jobs.

There customer service line is absolutely terrible. They've been sending my husband in circles. They're the ones who screwed up our phone line, who didn't transfer over our phone insurance. Now they're telling my husband he has to wait 30days to file a claim over something THEY MESSED UP. Absolutely terrible service. Glad we're switching to a better service.

I was having issues with my service, trying to figure out several issues, hours and hours on the phone with att with zero help. I was at my wits end, we had a family member in a tragic accident and couldn't fix his phone. I came into the store, and Tuan became my hero that day. He took as much time as it needed, was kind and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me. When he found out he wasn't selling me a phone I expected a pause or less eagerness to help me. But nope! He didn't even blink, he dove into the account, and after MUCH effort he fixed my problem and literally saved the day, and we got my brother a phone back to give him for his long hospitalization. Thank you again Tuan!!!

eSim BS. I go online, I call AT&T and everyone says: "go to a store to get a QRCODE - eSim. I've got more than half-a-dozen eSims from Red Pocket or T-mobile, TruPhone or some foreign providers. And all I had to do was go online or call and ask for it. What gives? SIGH! My partner had to go to AT&T for something so I thought "Great I'll get that eSim - Qrcode while I'm with her. The guy gives me grief. Oh there's all this paperwork to do blah blah blah. Well guess what? I already got one at the previous store we stopped at , I just wanted to get a second one for my laptop that supports eSims. What a j**** So I walked out. Not sure I want to bother with it since they don't have a really inexpensive prepaid data only plan that I can use as a fall back to my non-AT&T service. on my eSim capable phone.

I went into the store to upgrade my phone and my wife’s phone. I was immediately greeted by the sales representative explained what I wanted he went and checked the stock and he had exactly the two phones that I wanted in stock we performed the upgrade on my phones the upgrade of my account as far as my service the representative was completely professional a joy to work with and he was fast and courteous. I got a survey text from AT&T and tried answering it on my I watch, but the way the text was truncated I hit the wrong button thinking I was marking very satisfied yet when they responded it put extremely dissatisfied. That is definitely not the case, the wife and I are extremely pleased extremely happy

Everyone here is so helpful and their customer service is amazing! I absolutely love my new Samsung Galaxy phone! Thank you so much for showing me all of the cool specs and for helping me to decide which phone was best for me. I will definitely be back to this location.
