Asked for the cheapest plan they said itd be 50 dollars a month then boom i get a 80 dollar charge have to go back down to the store tell them to give me a the 50 dollar one they finally do and guess what its actually 57 dollars. Oh then the company threatened to give me a 300 dollar bill for an international call to scare me into joining the 15 dollar a month international plan and now they are making me pay 188 dollars for international call even after i joined the international plan.
I hate this company im leaving it i can't implore you enough to never use at&t they are glorified scammers and to the older woman at this shop that gave me the 80 dollar plan instead of the 50 dollar. Youre a horrible person trying to scam people in this economy.

They charge me 500 for a service I didn't use and when I called customer service they dragged me to there corporate store in portland Oregon and I had to travel 3 hours on a bus and then I arrive just for them to tell me I have to go through customer service and then still didn't get it resolved and now have to pay for a service band when I asked to speak with a superviser he left for a good while and finally came back and said he was busy and I asked if he could call me and haven't heard back I didn't use at&t is a waste of time and money I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone even if my life depended on it

Awful very short and just wanted us out of their!
It was him and another worker I asked him to write everything down that I needed to say and he wouldn't. He was a target large fellow but so damn rude!!

quickly solved.
We've never experienced such efficiency at any AT&T location. We were referred to Thurston AT&T by a family member.

avoid this place. when exchanging my phone, the employee said that I should leave my phone in the office, but after 6 months my payment had not decreased and the phone that I left simply disappeared

BE AWARE OF THIS STORE!!! We went for a change of numbers and the employee Sebastian created a ghost account for us. He sold us a new account instead of changing the numbers like he was supposed to. When we called 611 to verify they said that now we have two accounts and we will have to pay for the days we used the lines. If he didn’t know how to do it, he needed to tell us to call 611 and not make a ghost sale to get a commission. The 611 customer service told us to go to the store to fix it. We went there and they said that they were not allowed to fix the problem. They are irresponsible, rude and lazy. We had to go to a store in Portland to solve the issue with changing our numbers but AT&T is charging us the activation fee for those ghost lines. Go to another store!!!
