Such a great experience at this store , I was helped by Cole and he was absolutely fantastic to work with , he made sure everything was set up on my new phone and really took the time to go above and beyond with the customer service !!

I would rate this store a 4 or 5 except for except for the the incident incident that happened a couple nights ago. I broke my phone drove over there. Bought a brand new one. And the employee Brendan told me that he could not help recover any of my contacts. Or Facebook Messenger or emails.Because my screen was broken. But my wife took the phone in just yesterday and the gentleman that was working, which is not the same one that helped me. The other night seemed to have gotten 90% of what I wanted done. In less than 20 minutes.I realized I was there 1 hour before closing time the other evening and it was 15 minutes after closing time when I was trying to get that done and I Do believe the employee that helped me for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Just wanted to go home.I Even let him help another lady for about fifteen minutes while I just stood there and twiddled my thumbs...It was extremely disappointing, especially for the fact that I am neurologically handicapped. And need that help setting up my phone?and ?

The guy working there was so inconvenienced that we walked in. He also told one customer that he screwed him because he bought his phone from Costco and now he wouldn't be making commission on this deal. NEVER have I been greeted by such an unprofessional. Never going back to this store!

Called 3 stores in the area to cross reference answers and make sure they lined up. Brenden nailed all the points on a s23+/s23Ultra comparison in one answer. Nailed it. He is unique, would have loved to have a guy like that on my staff. ?

Well staffed and well maintained; the two associates I dealt with were top notch - extremely friendly and helpful despite my needs being, frankly, rather annoying. Kudos to Brenden and Cole.

Wish I could remember their names but totally amazing! Got us onto a new cheaper plan when I came in for a new phone. Even gave me a fake phone for my son when I mentioned he would not leave mine alone. The team definitely made my experience for a phone store memorable

If you need a new phone and plan, go see Sarah at this location! We switched from Verizon to AT&T to save money, she made the whole process painless, and was so kind the whole time! I even got a new iPhone and the bill is less than what we paid at Verizon.

I wish I could give 0 stars. My bill for two lines is 175 dollars at ATT. I tried to explain to the dense Kardashian dum dum behind the counter the price was too high. She was not helpful and unable to lower my bill. I went next door to T-mobile and got three lines for 140 dollars. The staff at T-Mobile quickly switched my plan over. I kept my numbers… it was painless and amazing and SAVES ME MONEY. Don’t go to ATT! Worst and most expensive service ever. Also stuck up d*** people work there.
