My experience with this business was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I called to schedule an appointment and was told they would have availability on the day I needed, but they asked me to call a day before to make the appointment. I did so, only to be told they couldn’t accommodate me that day. They offered to schedule me for the next day at 2pm, so I agreed.
However, when 2pm came around, no one showed up. I called, and they informed me they were on lunch and couldn’t make the appointment because they had another job. They then rescheduled for the next day at 2pm. Again, no one showed up. I tried calling at 2:15 pm, but there was no answer. I left a voicemail requesting an ETA, but received no response. I called again at 3:30 pm, left another voicemail, and still heard nothing back. The lack of communication and reliability was incredibly frustrating. I won’t be using their services again.

I called Auto Repair To You because I had a bolt that was seized (suspension work). Jorge was a pleasure to work with. Great customer service, upfront pricing, and quality work. He was able to remove the bolt and replaced my suspension. I highly recommend and will be booking again in the future.

Very satisfied, did a very good job on my Mercedes, price is more than reasonable compared to other shops and mobile as well . He was able to diagnose my check engine light and repair it in same day (ignition coil) I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to Jorge.

Great, flexible service at the right price. Had a full front end engine service done on my 2000 Avalon and got it back same day. Honest service with pictures of progress provided. Price quoted was price paid, even when the project took longer than expected.

So helpful having someone come to your home. Jorge did a great job replacing my valve cover gasket and helped with removing my pcv valve that broke and got stuck when I tried replacing it.

Jorge replaced the starter in my Mazda three 2014 I felt it was reasonably priced. He was very thorough kind, polite, attentive and explain to me what was wrong and what he did to fix it. I will always bring my vehicles to Auto Repair for You.

Jorge arrived at my home on time and quickly diagnosed the main issue (clutch). He was able to repair it on the street with his mobile shop. The flywheel needed replacement, and he found one and managed to get everything repaired in the same day. Seriously talented guy with a great attitude. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience with Jorge from Auto Repair To You. He has very competitive prices and worked quickly to change the oil in my Tacoma, as well as the front/rear differentials—great service, done promptly while being very efficient. I felt comfortable from the jump when discussing prices. He was honest and transparent about what needed to be done to ensure my truck was in great condition. Jorge also inspected my vehicle to make sure it was ready for winter. The biggest convenience was he came to my location and finished in the estimated time frame in his quote. Very impressed! Jorge was great to work with, he was on time, professional and did a great job repairing my 2014 GMC Sierra. Out of all the places I called he was by far the best and most responsibly priced.I would definitely recommend.
